拿不准时问一句：**二轮审稿人只读修订版正文能否独立看懂这处修改的动机？**不能，就升格进正文。
❌ 改写前："审稿人的这一担心是多余的，我们的工具变量显然满足排他性。"
✅ 改写后："审稿专家对排他性的担心非常关键。我们从两方面补充了证据：其一，控制了可能构成直接渠道的 X 后系数基本不变（附表 3）；其二，安慰剂检验显示工具变量对不受政策影响的 Y′ 无解释力。我们同时在正文 4.2 节补充了对排他性假设适用边界的讨论。"
原则：反驳靠新证据说话，不靠形容词；语气谦逊但立场清晰，避免"显然""多余"一类刺激性措辞。
