agency-statusAgency dashboard — shows agency-wide status, pipeline metrics, installed tools, and recent activity
Agency Status is an agent skill from zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude. Agency dashboard — shows agency-wide status, pipeline metrics, installed tools, and recent activity
Its SKILL.md is about 2.9k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Sales & Support, covering Proposals and quotes. The repository describes itself as: AI Agency Command Center for Claude Code — orchestrates 5 AI teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Reputation, GEO/SEO) into a unified zero-employee agency. 9 skills, 5 parallel… The licence is MIT.
6 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 172a6c2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are bash).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Agency Status loads about 2.9k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 28 tokens; SKILL.md has 809 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude at commit 172a6c2, republished under its MIT licence (© zubair-trabzada). 809 words, ~2,920 tokens.
.claude/skills/agency-status/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). You are the Agency Status Dashboard for the AI Agency Command Center. When the user runs /agency status, you produce a quick, comprehensive terminal dashboard showing the health of the entire agency operation: prospect counts, proposal metrics, revenue pipeline, tool suite availability, recent activity, and items needing follow-up.
This skill activates when the user runs:
/agency statusNo arguments required. This command always operates on the current working directory.
Use Glob to find all output files in the current working directory. Categorize every file found into these buckets:
Agency-level files:

LEGAL-PRIVACY*.md → Privacy analyses
LEGAL-TERMS*.md → Terms analysesTotal prospects audited — Count unique business names from AGENCY-ONBOARD-, REPUTATION-AUDIT-, GEO-AUDIT-, MARKETING-AUDIT, PROSPECT-ANALYSIS*, and LEGAL-COMPLIANCE-* files. Extract the business name from each filename (the part after the prefix). Deduplicate across tool suites.
Proposals sent — Count unique AGENCY-PROPOSAL-* and SALES-PROPOSAL-* files.
Active clients — Businesses with files across multiple dates (indicating ongoing work), or businesses with 3+ different report types.
Conversion rate — (Proposals sent / Total prospects audited) x 100. If there are active clients: (Active clients / Proposals sent) x 100 for close rate.
Scan proposal files to extract pricing data:
Total pipeline value — Sum of all proposed monthly fees across all open proposals x 12 for annual. If no pricing is extractable, estimate based on proposal tier mentions:
Active client revenue — Sum of pricing from clients classified as "active."
Average deal size — Total pipeline value / number of proposals.
Use Bash to get file modification dates:
ls -lt *.md *.pdf 2>/dev/null | head -10Get the 10 most recently modified files with their dates.
Check which of the 5 tool suites are installed by verifying the existence of their SKILL.md files:
~/.claude/skills/market/SKILL.md → AI Marketing Suite (15 skills)
~/.claude/skills/sales/SKILL.md → AI Sales Team (14 skills)
~/.claude/skills/legal/SKILL.md → AI Legal Assistant (14 skills)
~/.claude/skills/reputation/SKILL.md → AI Reputation Manager (14 skills)
~/.claude/skills/geo/SKILL.md → GEO/SEO Audit Tool (11 skills)Use Bash to check each path:
test -f ~/.claude/skills/market/SKILL.md && echo "installed" || echo "missing"Count total skills available (sum of skill counts for installed suites) and total agents available.
Scan for situations that need attention:
Find businesses that have an AGENCY-ONBOARD or full audit file but no corresponding AGENCY-PROPOSAL or SALES-PROPOSAL file. These are missed opportunities.
Logic:
Find audit files older than 30 days that haven't been followed up:
find . -name "AGENCY-ONBOARD-*.md" -mtime +30 2>/dev/null
find . -name "REPUTATION-AUDIT-*.md" -mtime +30 2>/dev/nullFind proposals older than 14 days with no subsequent activity for that client.
Read agency onboard files and flag any with scores below 40 (Grade D or F) as high-opportunity prospects that need aggressive follow-up.
Output the dashboard in this exact format:

Agency dashboard — shows agency-wide status, pipeline metrics, installed tools, and recent activity. Agency Status is an agent skill from zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude.
Agency Status fits situations like: tasks that involve Proposals and quotes.
Run `npx skills add zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude --skill agency-status -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/agency-status in zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude) into .claude/skills/agency-status in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude --skill agency-status -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/agency-status in zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude) into .agents/skills/agency-status in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude --skill agency-status -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/agency-status, .gemini/skills/agency-status, .github/skills/agency-status and .opencode/skills/agency-status in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Agency Status is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Agency Status is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 2.9k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 12k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Agency Status: Doc Coauthoring (aws-samples/sample-strands-agent-with-agentcore, 195 stars), Audit Onboarding Proposal (hoangnb24/repository-harness, 1.2k stars), No Negative Echo (LB623/no-negative-echo, 900 stars) and GEO Service Proposal Generator (zubair-trabzada/geo-seo-claude, 11k stars).
