证据保全通知
目的
证据保全是在中国民事诉讼中的关键步骤。不同于美国法的证据开示（discovery）制度，中国法下证据保全的核心法律依据为：
- 《民事诉讼法》第81条：在证据可能灭失或者以后难以取得的情况下，当事人可以在诉讼过程中向人民法院申请保全证据，人民法院也可以主动采取保全措施。

此外，当事人内部为应对已知或可预见的诉讼，有义务采取措施防止相关证据被销毁或灭失——否则可能承担举证不能的后果。

这是供律师审查的证据保全通知草案，不是可发出的通知。发出保全通知启动保全义务，通知本身可能在后续程序中作为证据被调取。有执业资格的律师审查、批准并发出。不要分发未经审查的草案。
--refresh —— 定期更新
更新频率：默认6个月。范围变更、保管人增减需重新确认。
已离职保管人： 如保管人已离职，标记为保全行动事项——离职员工文件和邮件归档需在IT层面保全。
--release —— 解除保全
通常在案件结束时。确认案件确实结束（非上诉中、非可能重启）。
--status —— 跨案件组合报告
