Its SKILL.md is about 530 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including scripts (for example `scripts/investigate_game.py`).
It sits in Development. It works with Ethereum. The licence is MIT.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 0733816. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.

Investigate Game loads about 533 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 45 tokens; SKILL.md has 268 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

.claude/skills/investigate-game/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 1 other file; get the full folder from GitHub.Run python3 scripts/investigate_game.py <game-address> [mainnet|sepolia],
resolving the script relative to this skill directory. Execute it directly;
reading or recreating it is unnecessary unless troubleshooting.
Default to mainnet; use sepolia when specified. The script reads
ETHEREUM_PROVIDER or ETHEREUM_SEPOLIA_PROVIDER, respectively. Requires only
Python's standard library and a provider supporting JSON-RPC batches. No
transactions are submitted. Network permission can be scoped to this script.
The script checks chain ID, bytecode, game type 1006, and factory registration
before collecting fields. Reads use one L1 block, 20-second request timeouts,
and one snapshot restart if a reorg occurs. Pass --expected-factory <address>
when a trusted factory for the requested network/deployment is available from
user context or repository deployment configuration. Otherwise report the
script's provenance limitation; self-reported registration is not authentication
of a canonical World Chain deployment.
On success, present the JSON fields as one compact Field / Value table in the
returned order. Include every field, the full game address, network/chain ID,
snapshot block number/hash/UTC timestamp, factory, and bond token. Keep addresses
and hashes complete and copyable. Include warnings and errors briefly.
The script decodes enums, proof lanes, UTC times, and exact ERC-20 bond amounts.
Do not assume the council verifier is a Safe or that deadline expiry resolves
the game. Parent references can point to the anchor registry; do not recurse.
Exit 2 with This is not a WIP1006 game contract address. means return only
that sentence. Exit 1 means verification/RPC failure or an incomplete report,
not evidence of a non-WIP1006 contract. If partial JSON is returned, show the
available fields, mark the report incomplete, and identify failed reads.
Never expose provider URLs or credentials.

Investigate Game fits situations like: development work in your project.
Run `npx skills add worldcoin/world-chain --skill investigate-game -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/investigate-game in worldcoin/world-chain) into .claude/skills/investigate-game in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add worldcoin/world-chain --skill investigate-game -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/investigate-game in worldcoin/world-chain) into .agents/skills/investigate-game in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add worldcoin/world-chain --skill investigate-game -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/investigate-game, .gemini/skills/investigate-game, .github/skills/investigate-game and .opencode/skills/investigate-game in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Investigate Game needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python3). Our summary lists: Python 3.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Investigate Game is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 533 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Investigate Game: Wagmi Feature Development (wevm/wagmi, 6.8k stars), Release Round (ethereumjs/ethereumjs-monorepo, 2.8k stars), Update Est Fixtures (ethereumjs/ethereumjs-monorepo, 2.8k stars) and Starknet JS (starknet-io/starknet.js, 1.3k stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.
