withingsReads Withings body measurements, daily activity, sleep sessions and workouts through a bundled withings command line tool and returns typed JSON records.
This skill lets the agent answer questions about your Withings data by running the bundled withings CLI. Its three subcommands are status for the connection state, list-fields for the available fields in a category, and query for records between a start date and an end date. Categories are daily-metrics, sleep and workout.
Daily-metrics combines activity such as steps, calories and distance with measurements such as weight, blood pressure and body composition, and can be grouped hourly, daily or weekly. Counters are summed, average heart rate is averaged, and body measurements take the last value in each bucket. Sleep and workout return one row per session. Before any call the agent checks status and, if you are not connected, gives you a connect link to finish linking; it never prints tokens or credentials.
3 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 38bbb45. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are bash).

Withings Health Data Reader loads about 1.3k tokens when it runs, and up to ~5.6k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 31 tokens; SKILL.md has 552 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 552 words (~1,279 tokens).
“Query Withings body measurements, activity, sleep, and workout data via the bundled withings CLI.”

Run `npx skills add win4r/MuseAI-Skills --skill withings -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (opt/hatch/skills/withings in win4r/MuseAI-Skills) into .claude/skills/withings in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add win4r/MuseAI-Skills --skill withings -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (opt/hatch/skills/withings in win4r/MuseAI-Skills) into .agents/skills/withings in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add win4r/MuseAI-Skills --skill withings -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/withings, .gemini/skills/withings, .github/skills/withings and .opencode/skills/withings in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Withings Health Data Reader is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The bundled withings CLI; A Withings account linked through the connect link.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Withings Health Data Reader or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 1.3k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 4.3k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
