healthexConnects to HealthEx through OAuth and its MCP server so you can ask about medications, lab results, conditions and other health records.
HealthEx is a service that gathers health records from your healthcare providers, and this skill reaches it through its MCP server with an OAuth sign-in. Once connected, the agent can answer questions about conditions, medications, allergies, lab results, vitals, immunizations, procedures, encounters, clinical notes and health summaries.
It applies when you ask about your own medical data, and also when health context would improve another answer, such as diet or workout plans, travel health needs, doctor visit prep or sleep and stress. Everything runs through a helper command with subcommands: status, setup, disconnect, authorize-url, refresh, mcp-list and mcp-call.
A connection guard runs first. If status is not connected, the agent generates an authorization link and shows it with consent details in a single message: that HealthEx is being connected, that access is read-only, and that it lasts until you revoke it in your HealthEx account. Disconnect removes the stored credentials and tokens. The skill handles sensitive health data, so connect only an account you intend to share.
4 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 38bbb45. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are bash and json).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
HealthEx Health Records loads about 3.7k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 28 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,033 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,033 words (~3,679 tokens).
“Query patient health records through the HealthEx MCP server. Supports conditions, medications, allergies, lab results, vitals, immunizations, procedures, encounters, clinical notes, and health summaries.”

Run `npx skills add win4r/MuseAI-Skills --skill healthex -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (opt/hatch/skills/healthex in win4r/MuseAI-Skills) into .claude/skills/healthex in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add win4r/MuseAI-Skills --skill healthex -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (opt/hatch/skills/healthex in win4r/MuseAI-Skills) into .agents/skills/healthex in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add win4r/MuseAI-Skills --skill healthex -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/healthex, .gemini/skills/healthex, .github/skills/healthex and .opencode/skills/healthex in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: HealthEx Health Records is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: A HealthEx account with connected provider records; The healthex helper command available through JARVIS_BIN_DIR; A browser to approve the OAuth connection.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for HealthEx Health Records or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 3.7k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 15k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
