use-twenty-mcpConnects the agent to an existing Twenty workspace through MCP to read records and metadata, and presents CRM data as readable Markdown with links instead of raw API output.
The skill is for reading and inspecting a running Twenty workspace, not for changing app code. Typical requests are listing companies, people or opportunities, showing records created this week, summarizing a pipeline, viewing the fields on the company object and connecting the agent to a workspace URL. Scaffolding an app, developing app entities, managing an app and preparing marketplace assets belong to other skills: create-app, develop-app, manage-app and publish-app.
Setup details, including workspace URL normalization, MCP server configuration and OAuth guardrails, live in a setup reference, and a result-formatting reference must be read before retrieving or presenting records. The output contract says that when the tool returns recordReferences, each record name links back to Twenty, with readable dates and values and compact tables in place of raw API output. MCP is not the default route for customizing a workspace; creating an object, for example, is preferred through a Twenty app unless you explicitly ask for MCP.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 22ada84. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Twenty CRM via MCP loads about 775 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 74 tokens; SKILL.md has 399 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 399 words (~775 tokens).

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Twenty CRM via MCP is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: A running Twenty workspace reachable through MCP.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Twenty CRM via MCP has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 775 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
