manage-appOperates an existing Twenty app: managing remotes, syncing, building, deploying, reading logs, running tests and setting up CI/CD, with confirmation for production.
This skill covers everything between having a Twenty app and running it in production. Typical requests are syncing changes to a server, deploying to production, checking logs for a logic function, switching to or adding a remote such as staging, setting up CI/CD, troubleshooting a failed deploy, sync or build, uninstalling the app, running tests and running a logic function by hand.
Before acting, the agent confirms the current directory is a Twenty app by looking for package.json and src/application-config.ts, then inspects the scripts and lists remotes with yarn twenty remote:list. Deploys, uninstalls, production remote changes and production syncs count as externally visible, so it asks for explicit confirmation first. Command details live in a reference on the CLI and sync.
Other jobs belong to sibling skills: create-app for scaffolding, develop-app for entities and code, publish-app for marketplace assets and use-twenty-mcp for workspace records.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit b83943a. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
yarnFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use yarn, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
TWENTY_DEPLOY_API_KEYTWENTY_API_KEYFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Twenty App Operations loads about 1.9k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 41 tokens; SKILL.md has 878 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 878 words (~1,917 tokens).

Run `npx skills add twentyhq/twenty --skill manage-app -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (packages/twenty-agent-skills/skills/manage-app in twentyhq/twenty) into .claude/skills/manage-app in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add twentyhq/twenty --skill manage-app -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (packages/twenty-agent-skills/skills/manage-app in twentyhq/twenty) into .agents/skills/manage-app in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add twentyhq/twenty --skill manage-app -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/manage-app, .gemini/skills/manage-app, .github/skills/manage-app and .opencode/skills/manage-app in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Twenty App Operations needs the command-line tools its instructions call (yarn) and credentials named TWENTY_DEPLOY_API_KEY and TWENTY_API_KEY. Our summary lists: An existing Twenty app project; yarn.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Twenty App Operations has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.9k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 7.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
