space-xhs-coverGenerates a 3:4 Xiaohongshu post cover from a topic, title and optional portrait or product photo, choosing a layout and color style and keeping the subject's likeness intact.
This skill turns a note's content into a cover image a reader can understand and want to open at a glance, using the built-in image generation tool by default and treating title hierarchy, subject recognizability and mobile readability as its priorities. It only produces the cover or cover variants; a sibling skill handles in-note image sets and another handles literal, editable text-and-image graphics.
Default settings apply unless the user overrides them: a 3:4 portrait frame rendered at 1080 by 1440 pixels, one variant unless more are requested, a style matched intelligently to the topic, a main headline of 6 to 14 Chinese characters across one to three lines with an optional subtitle under 22 characters, and a visual order of headline, subject, then subtitle, with roughly 20 percent of the frame left as breathing space and important content kept at least 10 percent from every edge. When a user says to just decide or match the content, the skill proceeds without pausing to ask.
Before generating, any input image is tagged by role, a main subject whose identity must be preserved, a background image, or a style reference whose visual language is extracted without copying its logos or text, and checked with an image-viewing tool before being passed to generation. After each image, the skill checks the headline for accuracy and garbled or duplicated characters, confirms the subject's face, hands and key identifying marks are intact, and makes a targeted edit rather than regenerating from scratch when only one detail is wrong.

Xiaohongshu Cover Image Generator loads about 889 tokens when it runs, and up to ~3.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 46 tokens; SKILL.md has 255 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 255 words (~889 tokens).

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Xiaohongshu Cover Image Generator needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python3). Our summary lists: The Codex built-in image_gen tool; Local image files for any portrait, product or background photo used.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
No licence was found for Xiaohongshu Cover Image Generator or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 889 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 2.4k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
