What it does
A bundled Python script queries a hot-article data source, merges keywords by sector, removes duplicates, ranks the articles and writes data.json plus report.html. The report has KPI cards, bar charts, ranked article cards, writing style analysis, reasons the articles took off and writing references; the HTML file, not Markdown, is the main deliverable.
Sectors come from the request, from custom sector arguments or from a JSON config such as the bundled default-sectors.json. Options set the lookback window (seven days by default), an explicit start date, items per sector (ten by default), the output directory and the report date. The agent then summarizes the top-read and top-shared articles, style patterns, and title and topic formulas. The data is hot-list data for sectors or keywords, not the full history of one account.
