llm-wiki-opsMaintains an LLM Wiki in a Feishu knowledge base: initial setup, ingesting sources and articles, answering queries, health checks and entry upkeep.
Before every use the skill reads `config/wiki-binding.json` to see whether a knowledge base is already bound. If a valid space ID and node list are present it goes straight to maintenance. Otherwise it asks whether you already have an LLM Wiki, then either parses the space link you give it or creates a new Feishu knowledge space with a standard layout: raw sources, entries, finished and draft articles, an index, an update log and an AGENT.md file.
Day-to-day work covers ingesting materials and articles into source cards and entries, querying through the index with cited answers that can be filed back as new pages, and linting for contradictions, orphan entries, missing pages, absent cross-references and unsourced facts. Each entry holds a definition, sourced key facts and linked relations to other entries. Facts must come from your materials, missing information is marked as unavailable, and deleting an entry needs your explicit approval. The index stays in A to Z order and the update log is append-only.

LLM Wiki Operations loads about 898 tokens when it runs, and up to ~4k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 39 tokens; SKILL.md has 170 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: LLM Wiki Operations is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: A Feishu account with access to a knowledge space (wiki); A bound config/wiki-binding.json, created during setup.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
LLM Wiki Operations is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (declared in SKILL.md). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 898 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 3.1k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
