whizard-eventsInstalls and configures the WizTelemetry Events extension for KubeSphere, which exports Kubernetes events for storage, with dependency checks and the event query API.
This skill handles the WizTelemetry Events extension, the part of the KubeSphere Observability Platform that collects, processes and stores Kubernetes events. Its one component, `kube-events-exporter`, is on by default. Three other extensions must already be in place: the WizTelemetry Platform Service, the WizTelemetry Data Pipeline and OpenSearch. The skill also explains the event collection architecture and the query API for reading events back.
To install, the agent lists the clusters and asks which ones to target if you did not say, then queries for the newest extension version. It writes an InstallPlan that must be named `whizard-events`, fills its YAML `config` from the supplied template without adding fields or changing the hierarchy, and replaces every placeholder with a real value. The template itself is not visible in the text available here.

KubeSphere WizTelemetry Events loads about 1.8k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 35 tokens; SKILL.md has 512 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 512 words (~1,766 tokens).

Installs and configures the WizTelemetry Events extension for KubeSphere, which exports Kubernetes events for storage, with dependency checks and the event query API. This skill handles the WizTelemetry Events extension, the part of the KubeSphere Observability Platform that collects, processes and stores Kubernetes events. Its one component, `kube-events-exporter`, is on by default.
KubeSphere WizTelemetry Events fits situations like: installing Kubernetes event collection on a KubeSphere cluster; understanding how events are exported and stored; querying stored events through the event query API.
Run `npx skills add kubesphere/kubesphere --skill whizard-events -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/whizard-events in kubesphere/kubesphere) into .claude/skills/whizard-events in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add kubesphere/kubesphere --skill whizard-events -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/whizard-events in kubesphere/kubesphere) into .agents/skills/whizard-events in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add kubesphere/kubesphere --skill whizard-events -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/whizard-events, .gemini/skills/whizard-events, .github/skills/whizard-events and .opencode/skills/whizard-events in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, KubeSphere WizTelemetry Events needs the command-line tools its instructions call (kubectl and curl). Our summary lists: WizTelemetry Platform Service, Data Pipeline and OpenSearch already installed; kubectl access to a KubeSphere cluster.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: whizard-telemetry-apiserver.extension-whizard-telemetry.svc; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
KubeSphere WizTelemetry Events has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 7.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
