Zweck und Mandatsbezug
Behandelt die Compliance-konforme Dokumentation von Abmahnvorgängen im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz. Kanzleien und Rechtsabteilungen, die regelmäßig Abmahnungen versenden oder empfangen, müssen eine vollständige, revisionssichere Akte führen – für interne Qualitätssicherung, spätere Verfahren, Beweissicherung und ggf. Haftungsvermeidung.
Mandatsbezug: Kanzlei versendet im Auftrag einer Mandantin monatlich Dutzende Abmahnungen. Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens empfängt Abmahnungen und muss Reaktionen nachvollziehbar entscheiden und dokumentieren.
