ipollowork-template-generationBuilds a reusable iPolloWork template for Design, Slides or PPT, or HyperFrames Video through conversation, keeping a manifest, reusable variables and a validated package current.
The skill creates a reusable template package rather than a one-off artifact, routing to exactly one surface reference depending on whether the target is a Design project, Slides or native editable PPT, or a HyperFrames Video composition, each owned by its own plugin skill. When converting an existing project into a template, it preserves that project's category, surface, structure and source files, and saving always creates a new personal template rather than overwriting the source.
The conversation gathers purpose and audience, content structure, reusable variables, visual and design-system choices, and surface-specific constraints, one consequential question at a time, skipping anything the user already supplied and moving to editing once the project is specified well enough rather than extending the interview. A package loop maintains manifest.json, the surface entry, a design-tokens.css file, local assets and a 960 by 540 cover, keeping reusable content in typed manifest variables separate from reusable visual choices in ipw- prefixed tokens, and running the product's own validator before saving.

Build iPolloWork Templates loads about 925 tokens when it runs, and up to ~9.6k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 89 tokens; SKILL.md has 361 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 361 words (~925 tokens).
“Create a reusable template, not a one-off artifact. The product-selected category and server validator are authoritative.”

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Build iPolloWork Templates needs JavaScript for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (node). Our summary lists: The iPolloWork workbench.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Build iPolloWork Templates has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 925 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 8.7k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
