obsidian-clipper-template-creatorBuilds importable JSON templates for the Obsidian Web Clipper by checking your Bases, analyzing a sample page and drafting the template.
This skill creates JSON templates for the Obsidian Web Clipper that you can copy and import. The agent first identifies whether you want a template for a particular site such as YouTube, a type of content such as recipes, or general clipping. It then checks the Base schemas in Templates/Bases/ for a matching category and reuses that Base's properties to shape the template's properties.
Next it asks for a sample URL if you have not given one, fetches the page with WebFetch, and analyzes the HTML for Schema.org JSON, meta tags and CSS selectors, so the chosen variables are tested against a real page. It drafts a JSON object that follows the documented schema, verifies that each preset, schema or selector variable exists in the analysis, and returns the result as a JSON code block. Reference files cover variables, filters, the JSON schema, the Bases workflow and page analysis, with example clipping and recipe templates in assets.

Obsidian Web Clipper Templates loads about 632 tokens when it runs, and up to ~3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 51 tokens; SKILL.md has 213 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
