opengui-coremate-installInstalls and verifies the latest stable OpenGUI release in a DeepSeek Harness web profile on macOS without disturbing existing plugins or settings.
The skill checks that the host is macOS, then runs scripts/install-macos.sh. By default the script finds the highest stable dsh-coremate-mobile release through the public GitHub Releases API, ignoring drafts, prereleases and unrelated releases, downloads the tarball and its checksum, verifies SHA-256 and installs only the dsh-coremate-mobile package into the web profile. It then validates the package, bundle, client entry and /opengui command. No GitHub authentication is needed.
The script reads its DSH version policy from dsh-compatibility.json and reuses a runtime on PATH only on an exact version match; otherwise it installs a versioned managed runtime with pnpm, corepack or npm. Existing DSH installs, workspaces, settings, credentials and phone authorizations are preserved. A user LaunchAgent with KeepAlive brings DSH back after a crash or login, and if port 3080 belongs to another DSH process, the script leaves it alone and asks you to quit it. The agent reports the installed version, profile path, runtime URL and whether a restart is needed. An uninstall script is included.

OpenGUI Installer for DSH loads about 1.1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 50 tokens; SKILL.md has 597 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 597 words (~1,095 tokens).

OpenGUI Installer for DSH fits situations like: installing OpenGUI into a DeepSeek Harness profile on a Mac; updating OpenGUI to the latest stable release; verifying that an existing OpenGUI install is healthy; rolling back to a specific plugin version when you explicitly ask for it.
Run `npx skills add Core-Mate/OpenGUI --skill opengui-coremate-install -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (deepseek-harness-plugin/skills/opengui-coremate-install in Core-Mate/OpenGUI) into .claude/skills/opengui-coremate-install in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add Core-Mate/OpenGUI --skill opengui-coremate-install -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (deepseek-harness-plugin/skills/opengui-coremate-install in Core-Mate/OpenGUI) into .agents/skills/opengui-coremate-install in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Core-Mate/OpenGUI --skill opengui-coremate-install -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/opengui-coremate-install, .gemini/skills/opengui-coremate-install, .github/skills/opengui-coremate-install and .opencode/skills/opengui-coremate-install in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, OpenGUI Installer for DSH needs a shell for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (pnpm). Our summary lists: macOS; Node.js, with pnpm, corepack or npm to install a managed runtime; Network access to GitHub Releases.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: discord.gg; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
OpenGUI Installer for DSH has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
