标题 → 作者 → 单位（单位名称、省市、邮编）→ 摘要 → 关键词 → 中图分类号
→ 正文 → 结语 → 参考文献
→ 英文标题 → 作者（汉语拼音）→ 单位 → 英文摘要 → 英文关键词任何环节缺失或换序都会在编辑部形式审查环节被退回，改起来最冤枉。
摘要：100–200 字，自明五要素
摘要须独立自明，依次含：研究对象与问题 → 方法/模型（点出改进）→ 数据或算例 → 主要结果（给方向或量级）→ 结论/含义。禁用"本文具有重要理论与现实意义"式自评；英文摘要与中文逐要素对应，不是逐句直译。
关键词 3 个以上，从"问题域、方法、情境"三个维度各取 1–2 个（如：供应链韧性；分布鲁棒优化；平台经济），并给出对应英文关键词；中图分类号按《中国图书馆分类法》选取（管理科学常用 C93、F 大类下二级号）。
结语的写法（不是摘要复读）
结语三段式：① 一段话复述问题与方法路径；② 分点列主要发现（回指命题/实验编号）；③ 局限与展望——写"模型哪个假设最紧、放松后预期什么变化"，而非"未来将进一步深入研究"。管理启示若已单独成节，结语不重复展开。
语言风格四条

随着极端天气事件频发，应急物资储备的重要性日益凸显。本文对应急
物资预置问题进行了深入研究，构建了优化模型并设计了求解算法，通过
数值实验验证了模型和算法的有效性，研究结果对提升我国应急管理水平
具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
改写后（172 字，五要素齐）：
针对台风情景下需求样本稀缺的应急物资预置问题，建立覆盖率约束与
不确定集耦合的两阶段分布鲁棒模型，设计情景聚类加速的列与约束生成
算法并证明有限步收敛。基于东南沿海某省 87 县、14 次历史台风数据的
算例表明：所提算法在 200 仓规模下较标准方法提速约 3 倍，最坏情形
