literature-evidence-mappingA skill your agent uses when discovering papers, mapping related work, reading papers deeply, checking citations, or building evidence cards for an auto research task.
Literature Evidence Mapping is an agent skill from BingHanOfUESTC/open_agent_team. Use this skill when discovering papers, mapping related work, reading papers deeply, checking citations, or building evidence cards for an auto research task.
Its SKILL.md is about 950 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Research & Science, covering Citation management and Literature review. The repository describes itself as: Build persistent multi-agent teams that collaborate like real organizations to deliver complex tasks. The licence is MIT.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 7e28736. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are markdown).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Literature Evidence Mapping loads about 949 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 47 tokens; SKILL.md has 174 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Before final report:
1. Every cited paper must appear in paper_inventory.tsv.
2. Every BibTeX entry must have a source URL or DOI/arXiv ID.
3. Claims about results must point to a paper section, table, figure, or experiment log.
4. If only metadata/abstract was read, mark it and avoid detailed claims.
5. Related Work should cite at least 12 papers unless Boss explicitly requests a short report or the field is too narrow.
6. Each Related Work paragraph needs at least one citation.
7. The paper must cite dataset, benchmark, metric, and reused implementation sources where applicable.Never invent missing BibTeX. If metadata is incomplete, use a placeholder note in the report draft and resolve before final delivery.

Run `npx skills add BingHanOfUESTC/open_agent_team --skill literature-evidence-mapping -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (teams/auto_research_team/skills/literature-evidence-mapping in BingHanOfUESTC/open_agent_team) into .claude/skills/literature-evidence-mapping in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add BingHanOfUESTC/open_agent_team --skill literature-evidence-mapping -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (teams/auto_research_team/skills/literature-evidence-mapping in BingHanOfUESTC/open_agent_team) into .agents/skills/literature-evidence-mapping in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add BingHanOfUESTC/open_agent_team --skill literature-evidence-mapping -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/literature-evidence-mapping, .gemini/skills/literature-evidence-mapping, .github/skills/literature-evidence-mapping and .opencode/skills/literature-evidence-mapping in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Literature Evidence Mapping is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Literature Evidence Mapping is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 949 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Literature Evidence Mapping: Systematic Review Screener (Imbad0202/academic-research-skills, 51k stars), Literature Review (neflibata-feng/MyArxiv-Agent, 126 stars), Preprint Search on bioRxiv (LigphiDonk/Oh-my--paper, 739 stars) and Academic Paper Writing Pipeline (Imbad0202/academic-research-skills, 51k stars).
