seo-flowBrings the FLOW framework's stage-specific SEO prompts into the agent, from keyword discovery through backlinks, on-page work and conversion to local SEO, loaded on demand.
FLOW is an evidence-led SEO model that runs from Find through an off-site authority stage and an Optimize stage to Win. The skill carries a library of 41 prompts across five stages and surfaces only those for the stage you ask about, loading the framework reference on every activation and prompt files on demand. The prompts are credited to Daniel Agrici under CC BY 4.0.
Everything runs through /seo flow commands: an overview with a stage menu; find for keyword research, gap analysis and SERP intent mapping (5 prompts); the off-site command for backlink strategy (1 prompt); optimize, which picks the 2 to 3 most relevant of 21 prompts for the context; win for bottom-of-funnel work, conversion rate and a dual-surface scorecard (3 prompts); local for Google Business Profile, meta and title tags and local audits (11 prompts); a full prompt index; and a sync that pulls the latest prompts from GitHub. Each stage points to deeper skills for clustering, backlinks, content and GEO analysis.
3 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 4b99de2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
ghFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
FLOW SEO Framework loads about 1.4k tokens when it runs, and up to ~29k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 84 tokens; SKILL.md has 658 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

FLOW SEO Framework fits situations like: running keyword research and gap analysis with structured prompts; planning a backlink strategy for a site; picking on-page optimization prompts for a given URL; improving conversion pages and bottom-of-funnel content.
Run `npx skills add AgriciDaniel/claude-seo --skill seo-flow -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/seo-flow in AgriciDaniel/claude-seo) into .claude/skills/seo-flow in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add AgriciDaniel/claude-seo --skill seo-flow -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/seo-flow, .gemini/skills/seo-flow, .github/skills/seo-flow and .opencode/skills/seo-flow in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, FLOW SEO Framework needs the command-line tools its instructions call (gh). Our summary lists: The Claude SEO skill suite, which provides the /seo commands.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.

About 1.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 28k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
