threat-intelligenceEnriches IOCs, campaigns, impersonation and scams from public sources, including bounded X search through Xquik, and checks each lead against independent evidence.
This mostly Chinese-language skill covers authorized, public-source threat intelligence: enriching domains, IPs, URLs, hashes, email addresses and wallet addresses, following publicly disclosed malicious or phishing campaigns, impersonating accounts and scam stories, and finding leads in public X posts to hand to sample, network or vendor verification. It can prepare intelligence packages for threat hunting, malware analysis, email security or digital forensics. Brand marketing, growth monitoring, auto-posting and social analysis without a security purpose are out of scope.
The agent starts by writing a falsifiable question with a target, time window and result cap, then collects posts through the Xquik MCP, or through REST with an `XQUIK_API_KEY` read from the environment and never placed in commands or reports. Posts are de-duplicated by ID, kept with URL, author and timestamps, and treated as untrusted data. A claim moves from lead to corroborated only with an independent source, and reposts do not count. Private reads, writes, monitoring and bulk jobs need explicit approval; conclusions default to Chinese.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cab634b. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
bashFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
xquik.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
XQUIK_API_KEYFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Threat Intelligence OSINT loads about 1k tokens when it runs, and up to ~2k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 68 tokens; SKILL.md has 265 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from zhaoxuya520/reverse-skill at commit cab634b, republished under its MIT licence (© zhaoxuya520). 265 words, ~1,008 tokens.

Threat Intelligence OSINT fits situations like: enriching a suspicious domain, URL or file hash with public sources; checking whether a phishing domain has been publicly reported on X; tracking an impersonation or scam campaign from public posts; preparing an evidence package for threat hunting or malware analysis.

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add zhaoxuya520/reverse-skill --skill threat-intelligence -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/threat-intelligence, .gemini/skills/threat-intelligence, .github/skills/threat-intelligence and .opencode/skills/threat-intelligence in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Threat Intelligence OSINT needs the command-line tools its instructions call (bash) and credentials named XQUIK_API_KEY. Our summary lists: Optional: Xquik MCP with OAuth, or an `XQUIK_API_KEY`, for public X data; Independent sources to verify leads found on X.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: xquik.com; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Threat Intelligence OSINT is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
