stock-rt-subscribeStreams live A-share, Hong Kong and ETF quotes from a receiver node over a local WebSocket server, with built-in price and volume alert rules.
Written in Chinese, this skill sets up a WebSocket long connection for real-time quotes on A-shares, Hong Kong stocks and ETFs, refreshed every few seconds. A script polls a receiver node's HTTP API and pushes updates to a local WebSocket server that clients and agents connect to.
Setup is a pip install of requests and websockets plus a node URL environment variable and an optional token. A one-shot mode checks connectivity, a server mode streams subscribed symbols, and Python classes allow starting the server from code or plugging it into an agent. Four built-in alert strategies cover limit-up and limit-down, moves of 5% or more, volume spikes against the recent average, and breakouts above the 20-day high.
A reference file documents the WebSocket message format, data fields, client examples in Python, JavaScript and wscat, dynamic subscription commands and troubleshooting, and a JSON file holds the alert configuration.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 3d4dbd2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 4 files in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
python3pipFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use pip, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
STOCK_RT_TOKENFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Real-Time Stock Quote Subscriber loads about 559 tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 99 tokens; SKILL.md has 34 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Real-Time Stock Quote Subscriber needs Python for the scripts in its folder, the command-line tools its instructions call (python3 and pip) and credentials named STOCK_RT_TOKEN. Our summary lists: Python with requests and websockets; A receiver node URL set in STOCK_RT_NODE_URL, plus a token if the node requires one.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use pip, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Real-Time Stock Quote Subscriber is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 559 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1.8k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
