What it does

Accessibility is an agent skill from WrongStack/WrongStack. Implement and review accessible user interfaces with semantic controls, keyboard and focus behavior, readable content and assistive-technology checks. Use when fixing inaccessible forms, dialogs, navigation, drag interactions or WCAG gaps; distinguish automated findings from tested accessibility.

Its SKILL.md is about 860 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.

It sits in Frontend & Design, covering Accessibility. The repository describes itself as: An AI coding agent that reads your code, edits files, runs commands, and reasons through bugs — across a terminal REPL, a full-screen TUI, and a browser UI, while you keep your… The licence is MIT.

  2. Every action must work from a keyboard with visible, unobscured focus.
  3. Give controls names, instructions and errors. Associate labels programmatically;
  4. Test real text and backgrounds for contrast: ordinary text 4.5:1, large text

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit a744bdc. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

Links to these hosts (documentation or services it may open):

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Accessibility loads about 859 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 78 tokens; SKILL.md has 356 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Accessibility

Selection card

  • Task: Fix keyboard, focus and assistive technology behavior. / TR: Klavye, odak ve yardımcı teknoloji davranışını düzelt.
  • Start: Identify the target surface, reference, user task and existing tokens.
  • Finish: apply the acceptance checks below; report observed results and unresolved constraints.

Overview

Start from the actual user task and supported input modes. WCAG 2.2 is the current Recommendation used here; verify current standards when the required conformance target changes. A scanner score is not a conformance certificate.

Rules

  1. Prefer native controls and meaningful document structure. Use ARIA when it adds the semantics a custom widget actually needs, and keep values synchronized.
  2. Every action must work from a keyboard with visible, unobscured focus. Dialogs need sensible initial focus, dismissal and return focus.
  3. Give controls names, instructions and errors. Associate labels programmatically; placeholder text does not replace a label.
  4. Test real text and backgrounds for contrast: ordinary text 4.5:1, large text 3:1, applicable UI/graphics 3:1. Gradients and transparency need rendered values.
  5. WCAG 2.2 AA target size is 24 by 24 CSS pixels or a qualifying exception. 44 by 44 is a useful touch design target and the enhanced AAA criterion, not a universal AA requirement.
  6. Support zoom/reflow, reduced motion and forced colors as relevant. A drag action needs a single-pointer alternative; authentication should allow paste and password-manager assistance.

Workflow

  1. Identify route/state/viewport, task, affected shared primitives and conformance target. Inspect the actual rendered surface.
  2. Run the existing automated checker, then independently test keyboard, zoom/reflow, focus, errors and asynchronous updates.
  3. Use an available screen reader to check names, landmarks, reading order and announcements. If unavailable, record that gap instead of inventing evidence.
  4. Fix at the owning primitive where appropriate. Preserve the product's content and design intent while improving operation.
  5. Recheck the task and stress empty/error/loading states and long labels.

Before returning

  • Findings include affected state, user impact and concrete fix.
  • Keyboard and focus journey checked.
  • Automated checks separated from assistive-technology evidence.
  • Standards/thresholds correctly scoped; remaining gaps stated.

Sources

WCAG 2.2, target size minimum.

Skills in scope

  • design-system — shared component tokens and states.
  • design-critique — rendered evidence.
  • testing — interaction regressions.

Questions about Accessibility

What does Accessibility do?

Implement and review accessible user interfaces with semantic controls, keyboard and focus behavior, readable content and assistive-technology checks. Accessibility is an agent skill from WrongStack/WrongStack. Implement and review accessible user interfaces with semantic controls, keyboard and focus behavior, readable content and assistive-technology checks.

When should I use Accessibility?

Accessibility fits situations like: fixing inaccessible forms; drag interactions; distinguish automated findings from tested accessibility.

How do I install Accessibility in Claude Code?

Run `npx skills add WrongStack/WrongStack --skill accessibility -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (packages/core/skills/accessibility in WrongStack/WrongStack) into .claude/skills/accessibility in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

How do I install Accessibility in Codex?

Run `npx skills add WrongStack/WrongStack --skill accessibility -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (packages/core/skills/accessibility in WrongStack/WrongStack) into .agents/skills/accessibility in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.

Can I use Accessibility in Cursor, Gemini CLI or GitHub Copilot?

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add WrongStack/WrongStack --skill accessibility -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/accessibility, .gemini/skills/accessibility, .github/skills/accessibility and .opencode/skills/accessibility in your project.

What does Accessibility need to run?

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Accessibility is instructions for the agent only.

Does Accessibility access the network?

SKILL.md names 1 domain. As links in the text: w3.org. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.

Is Accessibility safe to install?

Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.

What licence does Accessibility use?

Accessibility is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.

How many tokens does Accessibility use?

About 859 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.

What are the alternatives to Accessibility?

Skills that share tags, products or a category with Accessibility: Web Interface Guidelines Reviewer (vercel-labs/openreview, 1.7k stars), Accessibility Review (markmead/hyperui, 12k stars), Web Animation Design (baptisteArno/typebot.io, 11k stars) and Accessibility Fixer (ibelick/ui-skills, 9.6k stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.

Who maintains Accessibility?
