build-graphBuilds or incrementally updates the code-review knowledge graph for a repository and reports whether the build succeeded, partly or failed.
The agent starts by asking for graph statistics; if `last_updated` is empty, the graph has never been built. A first build, or a request with the argument `full`, triggers a complete rebuild, and any other call performs an incremental update. The agent then reports the returned status (ok, partial or error) and summary.
Manual builds suit first setup, a branch switch, a large refactor or a graph that looks stale; hooks installed by `code-review-graph install` already refresh it after edits and before commits, so they are rarely needed. The graph is stored in `.code-review-graph/graph.db`, binary files, dependency and build directories and patterns in `.code-review-graphignore` are skipped, and supported languages can be listed through the docs tool.

Code Review Graph Builder loads about 295 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 34 tokens; SKILL.md has 128 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Egonex-AI/Understand-Anything
Reads your git changes or a pull request against a prebuilt knowledge graph of the project to explain what changed, which components are affected and what is risky.
Tencent/teamai-cli
Compresses a large multi-repository codebase into a structured knowledge base through architecture reverse-engineering, a Graph RAG graph and AST analysis.
OpenDCAI/DataMind
Comprehensive code review guidance — process, checklist, feedback conventions.
sesori-ai/sesori_apps_monorepo
Fetch inline (code) review comments on a GitHub pull request, grouped into threads, with optional filtering by datetime.
xwtro0tk1t-cloud/harness
Manage code knowledge graphs via code-review-graph (CRG). An agent skill from xwtro0tk1t-cloud/harness.
managedcode/dotnet-skills
Review .NET changes for bugs, regressions, architectural drift, missing tests, incorrect async or disposal behavior, and platform-specific pitfalls before you approve or merge them.
tirth8205/code-review-graph
Reviews a pull request or branch diff with a code knowledge graph and produces a structured review that includes blast-radius analysis.
tirth8205/code-review-graph
Traces a bug through a code knowledge graph, following callers, callees and execution flow before opening source files, within a small token budget.
tirth8205/code-review-graph
Navigates a codebase through the code-review-graph MCP tools: architecture overview, symbol search, caller and callee tracing, flows and oversized functions.
tirth8205/code-review-graph
Plans a refactor from a code dependency graph, previews renames before applying them and checks that the final impact matches the plan.
tirth8205/code-review-graph
Reviews a change set using a code knowledge graph for risk scores, blast radius and test gaps, and ends with a merge recommendation.
tirth8205/code-review-graph
Reviews only the code changed since the last commit, using a code-graph MCP server to find risk-scored changes, test gaps and the blast radius, then writes a short report.

Code Review Graph Builder fits situations like: setting up the code-review graph in a repository for the first time; refreshing the graph after switching branches or a large refactor; rebuilding the graph from scratch when it looks stale.
Run `npx skills add tirth8205/code-review-graph --skill build-graph -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/build-graph in tirth8205/code-review-graph) into .claude/skills/build-graph in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add tirth8205/code-review-graph --skill build-graph -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/build-graph in tirth8205/code-review-graph) into .agents/skills/build-graph in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add tirth8205/code-review-graph --skill build-graph -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/build-graph, .gemini/skills/build-graph, .github/skills/build-graph and .opencode/skills/build-graph in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Code Review Graph Builder is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: code-review-graph installed, with its MCP tools available.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Code Review Graph Builder is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 295 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
