Copilot code review 是 GitHub 托管服务,不是仓库 Actions workflow, 不支持通过本 skill dispatch、查看 job 日志或重跑。其自动审查设置在 GitHub 账户/仓库中管理,不得把服务可用性配置为 CI 必需检查。
release.yml 复用 docker、coverage 与四个 release-* 子工作流;
四个子工作流只能由 workflow_call 调用,不能直接 dispatch。
coverage 的定时任务为每周日 18:30 UTC,并带最近提交门禁;手动 dispatch
或 release 传入 force_run 时不受该门禁。
2. PR 与 Release 分工
- 当前
dev改动提交到master使用/pr;它负责调用/commit、 正常 push、中文标题/正文和模板核对. master正式版本的 tag 与 GitHub Release 使用/release;它负责版本、 CI、tag、发布工作流和资产核对.- 本 skill 只负责工作流 dispatch、状态、日志和重跑,不重复实现 PR 或 Release 发布流程.

docker-images.yml 会向 GHCR 推送镜像并移动

release.yml 会构建发布产物并可部署 Pages。两者都属于发布写操作,
执行前必须向用户复述 workflow、ref、参数和外部影响并确认。
