端到端流程
- 建立或复用经过验证的镜头索引。
- 理解完整剧情和结局，写第一人称文稿；由用户确认叙述者和文稿。
- 与用户确定音色，生成整篇旁白和时间戳。
- 按剧情与用户需求划分导演批次；约 90～150 秒只是常用范围，不是固定规则。
- 总导演可以亲自完成，也可以按用户需求让若干临时副导演处理不同批次或为同一批次生成独立候选。
- 总导演完整观看候选并决定采用版本；副导演不得写入正式状态。
- 全部采用批次完成后拼接完整观看版，不借拼接重新改变已认可镜头。
- 用户认可完整方向后锁定正式导演方案，完成正式渲染和第二遍复检。
每批导演循环
- 理解当前旁白节拍及其在全片中的因果位置。
- 用字幕、索引、Qwen 和技术切点召回候选。
- 对关键动作、对白、道具、眼神、揭示和身份变化查看带声音的连续原片。
- 由主脑决定镜头；工具排名不能替代导演判断。
- 渲染真正可播放的版本，正常速度完整观看。
- 只集中修正 A 级事实错误和明显节奏问题一次。
- 立即交给用户判断，不进行内部无限循环。
普通叙事以自然理解和整体观感为准，不逐词图解。所有观众实际看到的原片内部变化都计入剪辑节奏；后期新建拼接不得制造小于 1 秒的最终可见镜头。
状态与导演记忆
production/state.json只保存当前事实、锁、版本、路径、指纹和下一动作。DIRECTOR_MEMORY.md只保存跨窗口仍需要的剧情理解、用户审美、认可样片、关键决定、失败教训和接续点。- 不保存长日志、临时验收表、失效方案细节或可以从状态文件直接得到的信息。
- 用户认可、否决或改变稳定审美时更新导演记忆；锁定、渲染或状态变化时更新状态文件。
- 用户最新明确反馈高于旧记忆；导演记忆与状态冲突时，以核实后的事实状态为准。
边界
- 文稿锁定后，TTS、编导和渲染不得擅自改稿。
- 旁白与时间戳锁定后再正式选镜。
- 编导决定创意，渲染只忠实执行。
- 没有用户认可样片，不扩展或锁定正式全片。
- 流程暂停后，没有用户明确授权不得自动恢复。
- 只有用户明确要求时才创建独立任务或并行代理。
- 副导演数量、批次数量和是否制作同段多版完全由用户需求与关键段难度决定，不预设固定数量。
交付时只说明实际成品、当前认可状态和需要用户判断的下一件事，不用文件数量或验收复杂度包装质量。
