What it does

Task Done is an agent skill from Stanshy/AgentHub. Mark a task as inreview (pending L1 review) and record in dev plan section 10

Its SKILL.md is about 490 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.

The repository describes itself as: One person, one software company. Manage 47 AI agents from a single Electron app — with Harness Engineering (Skills + Hooks + FileWatchers) for disciplined, traceable AI workflows. The licence is MIT.

When your agent uses it

  • Tasks that involve Skill authoring

Example prompts

  • “/task-done”

Requirements

  • Pre-approved tools (allowed-tools): Read, Edit, Glob, Bash

Workflow steps

2 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 5300820. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:

    • Read
    • Edit
    • Glob
    • Bash

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

    Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

    • node

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Task Done loads about 489 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 22 tokens; SKILL.md has 170 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~22
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~489

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check: notes

The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.

  • NotePre-approves every shell command (allowed-tools: Bash)SKILL.md
    allowed-tools: Read, Edit, Glob, Bash

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

更新任務狀態為 in_review(待 L1 審查),並在開發計畫書第 10 節記錄。

/task-done <task-id> [備註]

參數

  • $0: 任務 ID(如 T1)

in_review待 L1 審查
🔍 待審查in_review已提交,待 L1 Review
🔧 需修正in_review需返工

    • 讀取任務檔案,找到 ## 驗收標準 區塊
    • 逐項檢查每個 - [ ] 項目是否已完成
    • 將所有已完成的項目打勾:- [ ] → - [x]
    • 如果有項目無法確認完成,必須在備註中說明,不可跳過
  2. 取得真實時間(必要,不可跳過): !node -e "console.log(new Date().toISOString())"

    ⚠️ 禁止自行編造時間。Agent 不知道真實時間,必須透過上述指令取得。將輸出存為變數 $NOW 供後續步驟使用。

    • 若 完工時間 已有非 — 的值,不覆蓋(代表被退回後重新提交,保留首次完工時間)
    • 若找不到 | 完工時間 | 欄位,在 | 建立時間 | 行之後插入 | 完工時間 | $NOW |
    • 在 ## 事件紀錄 區塊底部 append:
    ### $NOW — 狀態變更 → in_review
    {備註}
  4. Git Commit:

    • 判斷 commit type(feat / fix / refactor / docs / test / chore)
      bash
      git add -A
      git commit -m "{type}: {任務標題} ($0)"
