抖音不是内置后端，必须依赖 DOUYIN_COMMAND 或未来 Agent Reach 支持。
Guaikei API 只作为小红书兜底，不替代 Agent Reach 的优先级。
热度是传播信号，不等于内容质量，也不等于适合用户账号定位。
