What it does

Infra Plan Review is an agent skill from Sidiora-Labs/centra-gideon-agent. Read a Terraform plan and report what it would create, replace and destroy — counts first, reasoning second.

Its SKILL.md is about 320 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.

It sits in DevOps & Cloud, covering Infrastructure as code. It works with Terraform. The repository describes itself as: The companion AI agent that learns, adapts and gets the work done no matter the task. The licence is Apache-2.0.

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ca531ee. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

  • Runs code

    Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

Context cost

Infra Plan Review loads about 319 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 32 tokens; SKILL.md has 203 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Review a Terraform plan

Steps

  1. Ask for the plan output (a saved terraform plan text file, or the path to run it in). If neither exists yet, say so and stop — there is nothing to review.
  2. Count the actions the plan reports: create, update, replace, destroy. Report the four counts before any commentary, so the shape of the change is visible before an opinion about it.
  3. List every RESOURCE ADDRESS the plan would destroy or replace, one per line. A replace is a destroy plus a create, so it belongs in this list even when the resource name is unchanged.
  4. For each destroy or replace, name the attribute that forces it, quoting the line from the plan. If the plan does not say, write "the plan does not say" rather than guessing.

What not to do

  • Do not run terraform apply, and do not offer to. This skill reads a plan; applying is a separate decision a human makes with the counts in front of them.
  • Do not estimate cost. The plan does not contain prices, so any number here would be invented.
  • Do not summarise a plan you could not read in full. Say which part was truncated.
