tigeropen-cppGuides an agent through the Tiger Brokers OpenAPI C++ SDK for build setup, market data, orders and real-time push, defaulting to paper trading.
Tiger Brokers publishes an OpenAPI C++ SDK, and this skill packages guidance for using it from AI coding tools: building the SDK with CMake, querying market data, placing and managing orders, and subscribing to real-time push updates. It is bilingual, answers in the language you write in, and leaves code, API names and parameters untranslated.
SKILL.md acts as an index to six reference files: a quickstart for build setup, config and client creation; market data for quotes, K-lines, depth, options and futures; trading for placing, modifying and canceling orders and checking positions and assets; WebSocket push; account management including fund transfers; and options with chains, expirations, Greeks and multi-leg strategies. Tables of common Hong Kong and US ticker symbols are included.
Trading involves real money, so generated trading code defaults to a paper trading account unless you explicitly ask for live trading, and order details must be confirmed with you before any live order. The SDK needs a C++14 toolchain with CMake, Boost, cpprestsdk, Protobuf and Abseil.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 17c9e29. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are cpp).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Requires C++14, CMake 3.15+, Boost 1.86, cpprestsdk, Protobuf 5.28.3, Abseil 20240722.0
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Tiger Brokers C++ OpenAPI SDK loads about 942 tokens when it runs, and up to ~15k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 145 tokens; SKILL.md has 214 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from qusong0627/QuantMind at commit 17c9e29, republished under its Apache-2.0 licence (© qusong0627). 214 words, ~942 tokens.

Run `npx skills add qusong0627/QuantMind --skill tigeropen-cpp -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/tigeropen-cpp in qusong0627/QuantMind) into .claude/skills/tigeropen-cpp in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add qusong0627/QuantMind --skill tigeropen-cpp -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/tigeropen-cpp in qusong0627/QuantMind) into .agents/skills/tigeropen-cpp in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add qusong0627/QuantMind --skill tigeropen-cpp -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/tigeropen-cpp, .gemini/skills/tigeropen-cpp, .github/skills/tigeropen-cpp and .opencode/skills/tigeropen-cpp in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Tiger Brokers C++ OpenAPI SDK is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: A C++14 toolchain with CMake; Boost, cpprestsdk, Protobuf and Abseil libraries; Tiger Brokers OpenAPI credentials. Compatibility (from SKILL.md): Requires C++14, CMake 3.15+, Boost 1.86, cpprestsdk, Protobuf 5.28.3, Abseil 20240722.0.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. As links in the text: docs.itigerup.com and github.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Tiger Brokers C++ OpenAPI SDK is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (declared in SKILL.md). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 942 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 14k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Tiger Brokers C++ OpenAPI SDK: Web3 Polymarket (Polymarket/agent-skills, 191 stars), AI-Trader Heartbeat Polling (HKUDS/AI-Trader, 23k stars), Cryptofeed (2025Emma/vibe-coding-cn, 23k stars) and Polymarket (2025Emma/vibe-coding-cn, 23k stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.
