Rfp Response Content Finder is an agent skill from pnp/sharepoint-skills. Searches the firm's SharePoint document libraries — Capability Library, Content Asset Library, Past Proposals Library, and Standard Positions — to find existing content that matches each requirement or question in the RFP Tracker list. Classifies each row as administrative or substantive before searching, with smart routing per library. Writes concise summaries into Available Content and document URLs into three dedicated SharePoint Hyperlink columns (Source 1, Source 2, Source 3) for clickable navigation.
Its SKILL.md is about 3.2k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Sales & Support, covering Proposals and quotes and Cloud office suites. It works with Microsoft SharePoint. The repository describes itself as: Skills for Copilot in SharePoint. The licence is MIT.
6 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 69712d2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
contoso.sharepoint.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Rfp Response Content Finder loads about 3.2k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 135 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,199 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from pnp/sharepoint-skills at commit 69712d2, republished under its MIT licence (© pnp). 1,199 words, ~3,231 tokens.

For each row in the RFP Tracker, classify it, route it to the most relevant content libraries, and populate four columns: Available Content (a short plain-language summary for human review in list view) and up to three Source hyperlink columns pointing to the matched documents.
Source links are the drafting input for Phase 3. The Content Generation agent follows them to retrieve and read the full documents before drafting. The Available Content summary is for human review only — it is not sufficient for drafting.
Library names above are the
SETUP.mddefaults. If you renamed them, use your names consistently here and in the routing map.
Classify every queued row as Administrative or Substantive before searching — this determines whether a library search is needed and which libraries.
Pass/fail legal, corporate, or regulatory qualifiers. The correct response is a legal attestation, standard corporate certification, or a direct lift of identity data — not a content match from the methodology libraries.
Indicators: legal authority to bind the firm; corporate registration, entity status, jurisdiction, tax IDs; financial stability, bonding, insurance; conflict-of-interest/independence; signatory authority/notarization; diversity/ socioeconomic certifications.
Action: no methodology-library match needed. Write a standard attestation note pointing to where the corporate/legal data lives and, where appropriate, the team that confirms response language.
Available Content: [ADMINISTRATIVE QUALIFIER] Pass/fail legal or corporate
eligibility requirement. Respond with standard corporate certification,
attestation, or legal declaration. Identity/boilerplate data — if needed —
comes from the firm's corporate boilerplate document.
Source 1: [Display: Corporate Boilerplate — Content Asset Library]
[URL: link to the firm's corporate boilerplate document]
Source 2: [Display: Legal/Contracts team — confirm response language]
[URL: leave blank or link to internal template if available]
Source 3: [leave blank]All other rows — approach, methodology, team, references, pricing, governance, change management, IP/data rights, exceptions, technical capability. Apply Steps 3 and 4.
For substantive rows only. Route first, then index — searching every library for every row wastes budget and dilutes relevance.
| Requirement signal (keywords / topic) | Primary library | Secondary libraries |
|---|---|---|
| References, prior similar engagements, case studies | Past Proposals Library | Capability Library |
| Methodology, approach, framework, "how do you…" | Capability Library | Content Asset Library, Past Proposals |
| Team, bios, roles, staffing | Capability Library | Past Proposals |
| IP, data rights, deliverables ownership | Standard Positions (IP & Data Rights) | Capability Library |
| Pricing model, rate card, fee structure | Standard Positions (Pricing) | Past Proposals |
| Exceptions, assumptions, deviations from terms | Standard Positions (Exceptions) | Capability Library |
| Change management, adoption, training | Capability Library | Past Proposals |
| Subcontracting, teaming, partnership strategy | Past Proposals | Capability Library |
| Anything not above | Capability Library | Content Asset Library, Past Proposals |
Adapt the topic rows to your firm's actual
SPECIALIZATION. The routing structure matters more than the specific keywords.
For each routed library:
If a routed library has 50+ documents and the requirement is broad, ask the user to confirm the RFP's primary solution domain so results can be pre-filtered by metadata tags before scoring.
For each substantive row, score documents from the routed libraries.
| Signal | Weight | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Semantic alignment | High | Addresses the same topic/question, even if phrased differently |
| Keyword overlap | High | Core nouns/phrases from the requirement appear in the document |
| Category match | Medium | Capability statements score higher for approach questions; Past Proposals for examples/references; Standard Positions for IP/pricing/exceptions |
| Library source | Medium | Preference order: Capability Library → Past Proposals → Standard Positions → Content Asset Library. Higher-authority libraries win ties. |
| Recency | Low | More recently modified documents score slightly higher |
For each row — administrative or substantive — write all four columns.
Max 2 sentences and 50 words per match (this column is read in list view). Do not include document names or URLs here; those go in the Source columns.
Substantive matches:
[High] Five-step delivery methodology with risk tiering directly applicable to
this requirement — approach section adaptable with minimal editing.
[Medium] Prior engagement with comparable scope and outcomes. [Medium] Standard
IP & data rights position — deliverables licensing language ready to lift.No match:
[NO MATCH] No existing content found. Net-new content required —
see Source 1 for recommended next action.Administrative rows:
[ADMIN] Pass/fail corporate eligibility requirement. Boilerplate data available
in the corporate boilerplate document; legal language confirmed by Contracts. One document URL per column, in relevance order. Set display text to include title, library, and relevance level so reviewers see meaningful labels.

Rfp Response Content Finder fits situations like: tasks that involve Proposals and quotes; tasks that involve Cloud office suites.
Run `npx skills add pnp/sharepoint-skills --skill rfp-response-content-finder -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (Skills/rfp-response-content-finder/rfp-response-content-finder in pnp/sharepoint-skills) into .claude/skills/rfp-response-content-finder in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add pnp/sharepoint-skills --skill rfp-response-content-finder -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (Skills/rfp-response-content-finder/rfp-response-content-finder in pnp/sharepoint-skills) into .agents/skills/rfp-response-content-finder in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add pnp/sharepoint-skills --skill rfp-response-content-finder -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/rfp-response-content-finder, .gemini/skills/rfp-response-content-finder, .github/skills/rfp-response-content-finder and .opencode/skills/rfp-response-content-finder in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Rfp Response Content Finder is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: contoso.sharepoint.com; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Rfp Response Content Finder is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 3.2k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 13k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
