planning-with-files-esSpanish edition of a planning skill that keeps a multi-step agent task on track with task_plan.md, findings.md and progress.md on disk, with recovery after a session reset.
The skill treats Markdown files on disk as the agent's working memory, in the style of Manus. For work that needs five or more tool calls, the agent keeps task_plan.md, findings.md and progress.md in one selected plan directory, found by scripts/resolve-plan-dir.sh from the PLAN_ID and PWF_PLAN_ROOT values the host supplies, and runs git diff --stat to spot code changes not yet recorded.
Lifecycle hooks inject selected planning context from the project, and automatic recovery reads only the project's planning files. Looking into earlier sessions is opt-in: session-catchup.py --metadata reports whether same-project activity exists without printing transcripts, and --replay emits limited excerpts that are to be treated as untrusted. Shell and PowerShell scripts handle session setup, phase status, a ledger, plan checks and an optional completion gate that can only ask the host to continue. The skill has no network loading path, and for parallel work one orchestrator owns the plan.
7 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 41f60ae. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
ReadWriteEditBashGlobGrepFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 19 files in scripts/ (Shell, PowerShell and Python, from the files we listed), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitshFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
File-Based Planning in Spanish loads about 3.8k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 200 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,217 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
allowed-tools: Read, Write, Edit, Bash, Glob, GrepAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
The full file from OthmanAdi/planning-with-files at commit 41f60ae, republished under its MIT licence (© OthmanAdi). 1,217 words, ~3,802 tokens.
.claude/skills/planning-with-files-es/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 26 other files; get the full folder from GitHub.Trabaja como Manus: usa archivos Markdown persistentes como tu «memoria de trabajo en disco».
# Linux/macOS
SKILL_DIR="${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT:-$HOME/.claude/skills/planning-with-files-es}"
# Solo recuentos del mismo proyecto, sin extractos de transcripciones
$(command -v python3 || command -v python) "${SKILL_DIR}/scripts/session-catchup.py" --metadata "$(pwd)"
# Reproducción limitada y explícita, con extractos del mismo proyecto enmarcados con nonce
$(command -v python3 || command -v python) "${SKILL_DIR}/scripts/session-catchup.py" --replay "$(pwd)"# Windows PowerShell

Tras completar cualquier fase:

Or copy the skill folder (skills/i18n/planning-with-files-es in OthmanAdi/planning-with-files) into .claude/skills/planning-with-files-es in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files --skill planning-with-files-es -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/i18n/planning-with-files-es in OthmanAdi/planning-with-files) into .agents/skills/planning-with-files-es in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files --skill planning-with-files-es -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/planning-with-files-es, .gemini/skills/planning-with-files-es, .github/skills/planning-with-files-es and .opencode/skills/planning-with-files-es in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, File-Based Planning in Spanish needs a shell, PowerShell and Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (git and sh). Our summary lists: Python, for the session and plan scripts; A shell: bash scripts and PowerShell equivalents are included; git, for the diff check. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Read, Write, Edit, Bash, Glob, Grep.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found notes only (pre-approves every shell command (allowed-tools: bash)), nothing it rates as a warning. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
File-Based Planning in Spanish is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 3.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 15k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
