planning-with-files-arArabic edition of a file-based planning skill that keeps task_plan.md, findings.md and progress.md on disk so multi-step agent work survives lost context.
Following the Manus approach, the skill treats persistent Markdown files as working memory on disk. It keeps task_plan.md, findings.md and progress.md, and lifecycle hooks inject the planning context for the current project. Before continuing any work, the agent resolves which plan directory the task owns with scripts/resolve-plan-dir.sh or its .ps1 twin, using the host's PLAN_ID and PWF_PLAN_ROOT, reads the three files and runs git diff --stat to see code changes not yet recorded. For parallel tasks each host is pinned first or given a separate worktree.
Automatic recovery reads only the project's planning files. The session-catchup.py script has two explicit modes: --metadata inspects metadata of local agent sessions from the same project, and --replay may print limited, nonce-framed excerpts that must be treated as untrusted data. Both are used only when you ask, an optional governed mode requests continuation only if the host supports it, Markdown-declared commands are never run, and the skill has no path for uploading data over the network. It is meant for work needing 5 or more tool calls.
Templates live in the skill directory, while your own planning files go in the selected task directory inside your project. Scripts for starting a session, checking completion, phase status, plan attestation, ledger entries and a plan doctor come in shell and PowerShell versions.

File-Based Planning in Arabic loads about 3.2k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 163 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,011 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
allowed-tools: Read, Write, Edit, Bash, Glob, GrepAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
The full file from OthmanAdi/planning-with-files at commit 41f60ae, republished under its MIT licence (© OthmanAdi). 1,011 words, ~3,229 tokens.

Arabic edition of a file-based planning skill that keeps task_plan.md, findings.md and progress.md on disk so multi-step agent work survives lost context. Following the Manus approach, the skill treats persistent Markdown files as working memory on disk.md, and lifecycle hooks inject the planning context for the current project.
File-Based Planning in Arabic fits situations like: starting a long research or coding task that needs a persistent written plan; resuming work after a context reset by re-reading the plan, findings and progress files; running several parallel agent tasks that each need their own plan directory.
Run `npx skills add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files --skill planning-with-files-ar -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/i18n/planning-with-files-ar in OthmanAdi/planning-with-files) into .claude/skills/planning-with-files-ar in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files --skill planning-with-files-ar -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/i18n/planning-with-files-ar in OthmanAdi/planning-with-files) into .agents/skills/planning-with-files-ar in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files --skill planning-with-files-ar -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/planning-with-files-ar, .gemini/skills/planning-with-files-ar, .github/skills/planning-with-files-ar and .opencode/skills/planning-with-files-ar in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, File-Based Planning in Arabic needs a shell, PowerShell and Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (git and sh). Our summary lists: Bash or PowerShell to run the bundled scripts; Python for session-catchup.py and inject-plan.py; git. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Read, Write, Edit, Bash, Glob, Grep.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found notes only (pre-approves every shell command (allowed-tools: bash)), nothing it rates as a warning. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
File-Based Planning in Arabic is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 3.2k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 13k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
