tourShows every stored Mem0 memory grouped by category with full text, optionally across all projects or filtered by a search query.
The skill fetches all memories through the mem0_memory tool and groups them by category under display names such as Identity and Background, Preferences, Goals and Aspirations, Projects and Initiatives, Decisions, Technical Knowledge, People and Relationships, Routines and Workflows, Lessons Learned and Work and Professional, with anything else under Other. Groups are sorted by memory count, show full text with dates, show the 10 most recent entries when a group is larger, and end with a total of memories across categories.
Two variants change the flow. With --all-projects it searches globally without a project filter and groups by project first, marking the current project, and with a search query it switches to search mode and prints compact one-line results. If nothing is stored, it prints a message that no memories exist yet and points to /mem0-remember. It is meant for reviewing what the agent remembers or getting oriented at the start of a session.

Mem0 Memory Tour loads about 652 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 55 tokens; SKILL.md has 249 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from mem0ai/mem0 at commit b7ad69a, republished under its Apache-2.0 licence (© mem0ai). 249 words, ~652 tokens.

When invoked with --all-projects (e.g., /mem0-tour --all-projects), search across ALL projects:
mem0_memory tool with action="get_all", scope="global" — no project filter.## <project_1> (<N> memories) <- current
**Goals** — <memory content>
...
## <project_2> (<N> memories)
...
<N> memories across <M> projects<- current in the heading. If --all-projects is NOT present, use the standard single-project flow below.
When /mem0-tour receives a search query argument (e.g., /mem0-tour cooking recipes), run in search mode — compact one-liner results:
mem0_memory tool with action="search", query=<query>.No memories matching "<query>".If no query argument and no --all-projects flag, use the full tour flow below.
Use mem0_memory tool with action="get_all".
Group memories using their categories field. Map to display names:

decisions | Decisions |
technical | Technical Knowledge |
relationships | People & Relationships |

Sort groups by descending memory count. For each group:

Mem0 Memory Tour fits situations like: reviewing everything the agent has stored about you; getting oriented at the start of a new session; comparing memories across several projects; searching stored memories for a topic.
Run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill tour -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (integrations/pi-agent-plugin/skills/tour in mem0ai/mem0) into .claude/skills/tour in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill tour -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (integrations/pi-agent-plugin/skills/tour in mem0ai/mem0) into .agents/skills/tour in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill tour -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/tour, .gemini/skills/tour, .github/skills/tour and .opencode/skills/tour in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Mem0 Memory Tour is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The mem0_memory tool available to the agent.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Mem0 Memory Tour is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 652 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
