Cognee Custom Pipelines
topoteretes/cognee
Shows how to write custom cognee tasks, chain them into pipelines, store custom DataPoints and run enrichment over the existing graph.
Runs four checks on a Mem0 plugin, API key, identity resolution, search connectivity and a write probe, then reports pass or fail for each with a troubleshooting section on failure.

statusRuns four checks on a Mem0 plugin, API key, identity resolution, search connectivity and a write probe, then reports pass or fail for each with a troubleshooting section on failure.
The skill runs every check and shows one summary rather than stopping at the first failure. It verifies the API key is configured from MEM0_API_KEY or a config file and shows only its first six characters, reports the resolved user_id, project_id and session_id, calls the mem0_memory tool with a search action to confirm connectivity, and calls it again with an add action to confirm it can write, cleaning up the probe memory afterward. Any failure gets a troubleshooting section with specific fix steps.
An extended mode, triggered with --deep, adds a memory quality scan on top of the standard checks: it fetches all memories and flags pairs within the same category with more than 60 percent shared nouns as potential duplicates, flags memories older than 180 days that have not been accessed recently as stale, and flags pairs that assert opposing facts as contradictions, listing affected memory IDs so the user can review them with the normal search and forget commands.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit b7ad69a. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
MEM0_API_KEYFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Mem0 Health Check loads about 650 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 48 tokens; SKILL.md has 280 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from mem0ai/mem0 at commit b7ad69a, republished under its Apache-2.0 licence (© mem0ai). 280 words, ~650 tokens.

Mem0 Health Check fits situations like: memory searches are returning empty and you want to know why; verifying the Mem0 plugin is configured correctly after setup; running a deeper scan for duplicate or contradictory memories.
Run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill status -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (integrations/pi-agent-plugin/skills/status in mem0ai/mem0) into .claude/skills/status in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill status -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (integrations/pi-agent-plugin/skills/status in mem0ai/mem0) into .agents/skills/status in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill status -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/status, .gemini/skills/status, .github/skills/status and .opencode/skills/status in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Mem0 Health Check needs credentials named MEM0_API_KEY. Our summary lists: A configured MEM0_API_KEY or mem0-config.json; The mem0_memory tool available to the agent.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Mem0 Health Check is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 650 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
