mem0-context-loaderSearches Mem0 memories from earlier OpenCode sessions in the repository and prints a plain-text block of up to 10 relevant ones before a task begins.
Before a task, the skill extracts file paths, module names, feature areas and error patterns from your request. It then calls search_memories once with a focused question about the task, filtered by user ID and app ID, asking for the top 10 results.
It prints a compact block of at most 10 memories, each labeled as a decision or convention with a short Mem0 ID, leaves out any already visible in the session, and prints nothing when there are no hits. It never edits or deletes memories. Output has to be plain text with indentation and dashes instead of markdown, because the OpenCode terminal interface shows markdown characters verbatim.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit c93420c. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

Mem0 Context Loader for OpenCode loads about 385 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 61 tokens; SKILL.md has 142 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from mem0ai/mem0 at commit c93420c, republished under its Apache-2.0 licence (© mem0ai). 142 words, ~385 tokens.

Call search_memories once with a focused question about the task: filters={"AND": [{"user_id": "<id>"}, {"app_id": "<pid>"}]}, top_k=10.
Output compact context block (max 10 memories):

- [convention] <content> [mem0:<short_id>]
- [anti_pattern] <content> [mem0:<short_id>]IMPORTANT: Do NOT use markdown in your output. OpenCode TUI renders text verbatim — markdown like bold, ## headers, and | table | syntax appears as raw characters. Use plain text with indentation for structure. Use dashes for lists. Use spaces to align columns instead of markdown tables.

DemonDamon/AgenticX
Guide for setting up and using the AgenticX memory system including Mem0 integration, long-term memory, context management, and memory-enhanced agents.
MemoriLabs/Memori
Connects Claude Code to Memori Cloud for long-term memory, recalling stored context before substantive replies and saving new context afterward.
MemoriLabs/Memori
Adds structured long-term memory to OpenClaw agents, built automatically from sessions, with tools the agent calls to recall facts, summaries and decisions.
open-gsd/gsd-core
Recalls earlier decisions, patterns and surprises from MemPalace memory before planning, behind a config gate that never blocks the planning step.
OthmanAdi/planning-with-files
Keeps a task plan, findings and progress log in markdown files on disk so long agent tasks survive context resets, with Gemini hooks and helper scripts.
sickn33/agentic-awesome-skills
Saves a user's project decisions, rules and preferences into a project-local mdbase so later sessions and other agents can recover the intent.
mem0ai/mem0
Adds persistent memory to AI apps with the Mem0 Python and TypeScript SDKs: store, search, update and delete user memories, with framework integrations.
mem0ai/mem0
Adds, searches, lists, updates and deletes memories on the Mem0 platform from the terminal with the mem0 command, including a JSON mode built for agents.
mem0ai/mem0
Adds persistent memory to Vercel AI SDK apps with the Mem0 provider, using a wrapped model or standalone retrieve and store utilities.
mem0ai/mem0
Finds and deletes specific mem0 memories by search query or ID, always asking for confirmation first, and can undo the most recent memories added this session.
mem0ai/mem0
Saves a fact, decision or preference the user states into mem0 as written, labeled with a memory type such as decision, convention or user_preference.
mem0ai/mem0
Shows or changes the default Mem0 memory scope, project, session or global, which decides where memories are saved and searched.

Mem0 Context Loader for OpenCode fits situations like: starting a task in OpenCode where earlier sessions may hold the answer; checking past decisions and conventions before touching a module; skipping searches and file reads that earlier work already covered.
Run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill mem0-context-loader -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (integrations/opencode-plugin/opencode-skills/mem0-context-loader in mem0ai/mem0) into .claude/skills/mem0-context-loader in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add mem0ai/mem0 --skill mem0-context-loader -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/mem0-context-loader, .gemini/skills/mem0-context-loader, .github/skills/mem0-context-loader and .opencode/skills/mem0-context-loader in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Mem0 Context Loader for OpenCode is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The Mem0 plugin for OpenCode, with its search_memories tool.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Mem0 Context Loader for OpenCode is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 385 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
