report-html-windowsDrafts a report in Markdown with numbered inline citations and a references section, then renders it to a styled HTML file through a Jinja2 template on Windows.
The agent first asks for the topic, audience and tone, the sections and bullet points to cover, any branding assets and page size, and the sources to cite. It drafts the report body in Markdown using headings and lists, placing a numbered citation after each factual claim and collecting the full list of sources under a references heading at the end, so citations are never left out for claims that need them.
The Markdown is then converted to HTML with scripts/report_from_md.py, which applies a bundled Jinja2 template, and the result can be adjusted and re-rendered as needed. Reference files describe the suggested report structure and the required and optional dependencies for the conversion script.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit de8bbbd. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Markdown to HTML Report loads about 456 tokens when it runs, and up to ~583 if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 61 tokens; SKILL.md has 171 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

Run `npx skills add MegaSuperKitty/WeClaw --skill report-html-windows -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/report-html-windows in MegaSuperKitty/WeClaw) into .claude/skills/report-html-windows in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add MegaSuperKitty/WeClaw --skill report-html-windows -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/report-html-windows in MegaSuperKitty/WeClaw) into .agents/skills/report-html-windows in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add MegaSuperKitty/WeClaw --skill report-html-windows -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/report-html-windows, .gemini/skills/report-html-windows, .github/skills/report-html-windows and .opencode/skills/report-html-windows in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Markdown to HTML Report needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python). Our summary lists: Python with the markdown and Jinja2 packages.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: ihchina.cn; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Markdown to HTML Report is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 456 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 127 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Markdown to HTML Report: Markdown to Word Converter (cat-xierluo/SuitAgent, 205 stars), Bookforge Korean Ebook PDF Maker (gongnyang/bookforge, 316 stars), Literature Survey (ai4s-research/ai4s-skills, 237 stars) and Academic LaTeX Formatter (lingzhi227/agent-research-skills, 390 stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.
