calculate-priority-scoreScores a bug, issue or task from severity, impact and likelihood on a 0-30 scale and maps the total to a P0 to P4 priority category with a suggested action.
The skill takes three inputs: severity (critical, high, medium or low), impact (breaking, major, minor or none) and likelihood (certain, likely, possible or unlikely). Points come from a scoring matrix: severity gives 10, 7, 5 or 2, impact gives 10, 7, 3 or 0, and likelihood gives 10, 7, 5 or 2. The total is their sum, from 0 to 30.
The total maps to a category. P0 covers 25 to 30 and means fix immediately, P1 covers 19 to 24 and belongs in the current sprint, P2 covers 12 to 18 and goes to the next sprint, P3 covers 5 to 11 and can wait until convenient, and P4 covers 0 to 4 and may not be worth fixing. The result is a structured JSON assessment with the score and category, and invalid or missing factors produce an error that lists the valid values. The scoring-matrix.json file holds the matrix.

Priority Score Calculator loads about 1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 46 tokens; SKILL.md has 278 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 278 words (~1,035 tokens).

Triage GitHub issues: labeling, prioritization, assignment, and resolution tracking
Donchitos/Claude-Code-Game-Studios
Reviews the open bug backlog, separates severity from priority, assigns fixes to sprints and reports systemic trends, writing a dated triage file.
ywwynm/EverythingDone
Break a plan, spec, or PRD into independently-grabbable issues on the project issue tracker using tracer-bullet vertical slices.
axelixlabs/axelix
Refine and triage GitHub backlog by finding open issues that are stale, obsolete, or resolved by another path.
ruvnet/agentic-flow
Manages GitHub issues and project boards with swarm coordination: issue creation and triage, issue-to-task conversion, progress tracking and stale issue cleanup.
superset-sh/superset
Triage a GitHub issue into something actionable — reproduce the claim, find duplicates, judge severity, and apply labels, milestone, and assignee.

Run `npx skills add maslennikov-ig/claude-code-orchestrator-kit --skill calculate-priority-score -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/calculate-priority-score in maslennikov-ig/claude-code-orchestrator-kit) into .claude/skills/calculate-priority-score in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/calculate-priority-score in maslennikov-ig/claude-code-orchestrator-kit) into .agents/skills/calculate-priority-score in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add maslennikov-ig/claude-code-orchestrator-kit --skill calculate-priority-score -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/calculate-priority-score, .gemini/skills/calculate-priority-score, .github/skills/calculate-priority-score and .opencode/skills/calculate-priority-score in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Priority Score Calculator is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Priority Score Calculator has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
