project-overviewA map of the LobeHub open-source repository: tech stack, monorepo layout, where each code layer lives and who owns apps, packages and src.
The skill is a curated overview of the LobeHub open-source root, an AI agent workspace formerly called LobeChat. It lists the platforms, which are web, an Electron desktop app under apps/desktop and a React Native mobile app that lives in a separate repo, and a tech stack table: Next.js 16 with React 19, an SPA using react-router-dom, TypeScript, @lobehub/ui and antd, antd-style, react-i18next, zustand, SWR, TRPC, Neon PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM, and Vitest. Exact versions are to be read from the root package.json.
The monorepo is flat, with apps, packages and src at the root and no git submodules. The directory listings are explicitly a curated map rather than a full tree, so the agent should run ls for the current contents. An architecture map ties each layer, such as UI components, features and SPA pages, to its location, and the description also mentions business stubs.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 6aaeeee. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
LobeHub Project Map loads about 1.8k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 29 tokens; SKILL.md has 329 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 329 words (~1,763 tokens).

LobeHub Project Map fits situations like: finding where a kind of code lives in the LobeHub repository; orienting a new session in the monorepo before making changes; checking which apps and packages own a given feature.
Run `npx skills add lobehub/lobehub --skill project-overview -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/project-overview in lobehub/lobehub) into .claude/skills/project-overview in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add lobehub/lobehub --skill project-overview -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/project-overview in lobehub/lobehub) into .agents/skills/project-overview in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add lobehub/lobehub --skill project-overview -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/project-overview, .gemini/skills/project-overview, .github/skills/project-overview and .opencode/skills/project-overview in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: LobeHub Project Map is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
LobeHub Project Map has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 7.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
