prCreates a pull request for the current branch against canary, or splits a cross-layer branch into ordered stacked PRs so backend changes merge before their callers.
The skill creates PRs that target the canary branch by default and never main, which is the release branch. It first gathers context in parallel: the current branch, uncommitted changes, upstream status, unpushed commits, any existing PR and a change summary, and it reuses an acceptance link from the task when one exists. If you are on canary or main with uncommitted changes, it infers a branch name in type-slash-description form, commits with a gitmoji message and continues; with nothing to commit or push, it stops.
Next it pushes the branch, searches for related GitHub issues and links only those with matching scope, then goes through an acceptance gate. The skill also covers splitting one branch that spans layers, such as the database, a shared package and the server TRPC layer, into stacked PRs, so a lower layer merges before the desktop, CLI or UI code that calls it. Files are staged by explicit path rather than all at once.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 1863542. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git and gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Pull Request Creation loads about 3.2k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 140 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,588 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,588 words (~3,170 tokens).

Creates a pull request for the current branch against canary, or splits a cross-layer branch into ordered stacked PRs so backend changes merge before their callers. It first gathers context in parallel: the current branch, uncommitted changes, upstream status, unpushed commits, any existing PR and a change summary, and it reuses an acceptance link from the task when one exists.
Pull Request Creation fits situations like: opening a pull request for the current branch; splitting a branch so the server contract merges before its clients; turning uncommitted work on canary into a new branch and PR.
Run `npx skills add lobehub/lobehub --skill pr -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/pr in lobehub/lobehub) into .claude/skills/pr in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add lobehub/lobehub --skill pr -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/pr in lobehub/lobehub) into .agents/skills/pr in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add lobehub/lobehub --skill pr -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/pr, .gemini/skills/pr, .github/skills/pr and .opencode/skills/pr in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Pull Request Creation needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git, gh and bun). Our summary lists: Git and the GitHub CLI (gh), authenticated.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git and gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Pull Request Creation has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 3.2k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 13k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
