Ops Leadgen is an agent skill from Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops. OPS on-demand: This skill should be used when the user asks to "leadgen drafts", "cold email approve"…
Its SKILL.md is about 1.1k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Sales & Support, covering Cold outreach and Web scraping. The repository describes itself as: Business operating system for Claude Code — 57 skills, 21 agents, smart daemon. Unified inbox (WhatsApp/Email/Slack/Telegram), autonomous PR merge, full-AWS monitoring, revenue… The licence is MIT.
5 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ee9c784. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
BashReadFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
sqlite3From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Ops Leadgen loads about 1.1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 29 tokens; SKILL.md has 401 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
allowed-tools: Bash, ReadAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops at commit ee9c784, republished under its MIT licence (© Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited). 401 words, ~1,084 tokens.
.claude/skills/ops-leadgen/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder).Load ops-rules before acting. Public repo (no personal data). Outbound: one draft → one approval → one send. If AskUserQuestion / Workflow are missing, follow Rule 10 in ops-rules (Hermes: numbered options / two-turn Telegram card; delegate_task).
Wraps my-project-leadgen CLI for the daily leadgen review-and-send loop.
Repo: ~/Projects/my-project-b2b-leadgen

Run with Doppler: doppler run --project my-project-b2b-leadgen --config dev -- my-project-leadgen <cmd>
| Argument | Action |
|---|---|
review (default) | Show pending drafts one-by-one, approve or skip |
send --draft-id N | Hand one draft to the host's approved outbound gate (Rule 6) |
usage | Print today's Apollo reveals + Apify runs |
scrape [--limit N] | Discover new NL HR contacts via Apollo |
enrich | Run Apify enrichment on unenriched leads |
draft | Generate Claude NL/EN drafts for undrafted leads |
NEVER send multiple drafts in one turn. Each send is a separate staged-draft → approval → send cycle.
my-project-leadgen review (or fetch pending drafts from DB directly)[Send] / [Skip] / [Stop review][Send]: one draft, one approval, one send, only through the host's
approved outbound gate.
a. Pass the exact recipient, subject and full latest body to that gate; it shows
the complete text and binds the owner's native yes to those bytes.
b. Approval is that native yes on the shown draft only. A typed word, file, token
or counter is never consent, and one approval never covers another draft.
c. After the gate reports delivery, confirm it on a fresh read of the sent mail,
then record the send in the leadgen database.
d. If the gate refuses or cannot send this channel, keep the draft pending with the
exact diagnostic. Never run a direct sender as a substitute for the gate.# Step 1: discover contacts (costs Apollo reveals — check usage first)

"SELECT d.subject, l.email, s.sent_at FROM sends s
JOIN drafts d ON d.id=s.draft_id
JOIN leads l ON l.id=d.lead_id
WHERE date(s.sent_at)=date('now');"Per ops-rules Rule 6: every outbound send is one draft, one approval, one send,
only through the host's approved outbound gate. A local file, shell token or
counter is defense in depth at most, never the owner's consent. Each draft needs its
own native approval on the latest shown text.

Run `npx skills add Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops --skill ops-leadgen -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (claude-ops/skills/ops-leadgen in Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops) into .claude/skills/ops-leadgen in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops --skill ops-leadgen -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (claude-ops/skills/ops-leadgen in Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops) into .agents/skills/ops-leadgen in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops --skill ops-leadgen -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/ops-leadgen, .gemini/skills/ops-leadgen, .github/skills/ops-leadgen and .opencode/skills/ops-leadgen in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Ops Leadgen needs the command-line tools its instructions call (sqlite3). Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Bash, Read.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found notes only (pre-approves every shell command (allowed-tools: bash)), nothing it rates as a warning. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Ops Leadgen is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.3k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
