运行环境选择

本 skill 同时提供 Node.js 和 Python 两种版本，可根据你的环境选择：

余额不足：当返回 [PAYMENT_REQUIRED] 和 [WECHAT_PAY_QRCODE] 时，需展示微信支付二维码引导用户扫码支付
