runway-prod-checklistApprove or reject a Runway launch using contract, billing, capacity, moderation, storage, observability, and rollback evidence.
Runway Prod Checklist is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Approve or reject a Runway launch using contract, billing, capacity, moderation, storage, observability, and rollback evidence. Use when preparing go-live. Trigger with: "Runway production checklist", "launch Runway integration", "Runway readiness review".
Its SKILL.md is about 1.3k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including reference files (for example `references/official-docs.md`). Compatibility notes: Requires server-side Runway Dev access, current first-party documentation, an approved credit budget, and controlled media storage.
It sits in DevOps & Cloud, covering Observability and Deployment. The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.
6 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cfae287. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
ReadGrepWriteEditFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Links to these hosts (documentation or services it may open):
docs.dev.runwayml.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Requires server-side Runway Dev access, current first-party documentation, an approved credit budget, and controlled media storage.
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Runway Prod Checklist loads about 1.3k tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 70 tokens; SKILL.md has 540 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace at commit cfae287, republished under its MIT licence (© jeremylongshore). 540 words, ~1,285 tokens.
.claude/skills/runway-prod-checklist/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 1 other file; get the full folder from GitHub.Go-live is an evidence gate, not a list of intentions. The release must prove model-aware validation, durable asynchronous state, credit and concurrency controls, moderation handling, owned output storage, secret rotation, observability, and a rollback that does not orphan provider tasks.
Pin the reviewed SDK, API version, model or router schemas, and lockfile. Reject retired identifiers such as gen3a_turbo and any request shape copied across model variants.
Confirm organization, roles, key consumers, secret-manager delivery, redaction, rotation owner, and explicit old-key disable procedure. Prove the browser has no provider credential.
Prove operation and task ID persistence, restart recovery, all six states, bounded polling, transient retry classes, explicit cancellation, and no duplicate create after ambiguity.
Record tier, per-model concurrency, rolling daily quota, spend cap, credit balance, autobilling alerts, canary ceiling, and stop conditions. Treat THROTTLED as queued work.
Confirm rights, moderation policy, supported input, crop review, failed-safety handling, output validation, owned private storage, URL expiry, retention, and deletion.
Execute one approved canary, trace it through terminal state and storage, test alerts, then rehearse rollback: stop admission, drain or cancel compatible tasks, and preserve reconciliation.
Production keys live only in the secret manager and are scoped operationally through server access controls. The readiness evidence contains aliases and hashes, never usable bearer values or signed media URLs.
Use Read and Grep to inspect application configuration, provider documentation, lockfiles, fixtures, schemas, tests, and redacted operational evidence before proposing a change. Use Write or Edit only for an approved implementation, configuration, test, runbook, or redacted receipt. Do not create, cancel, delete, retry, deploy, rotate, revoke, publish, or otherwise mutate production Runway resources without explicit operator approval.
Return the environment, organization alias, operation and task identifiers, API and SDK versions, model or router policy, source-contract fingerprint, task-state evidence, credit boundary, output disposition, unresolved risk, rollback state, and final decision without exposing API secrets, prompt or media contents, or temporary signed URLs.
The canary succeeds, but rollback testing shows the old worker cannot read tasks created by the new schema. The reviewer rejects launch until dual-read compatibility or a safe drain plan is proven.
| Failure | Response |
|---|---|
| Credit alerts or stop conditions are untested | Reject launch; unexpected depletion can halt the service. |
| Rollback recreates nonterminal tasks | Reject launch and repair task persistence and compatibility. |
| Output remains only at Runway URL | Reject launch until owned storage and access control are verified. |
Require exact-release evidence for every checklist row, run happy and failure canaries, inspect logs and artifacts for secrets, simulate throttling and outage, and sign the decision with unresolved risk explicitly stated.

About 1.3k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 968 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
