retellai-observabilityRetell AI observability — AI voice agent and phone call automation.
Retellai Observability is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Retell AI observability — AI voice agent and phone call automation. Use when working with Retell AI for voice agents, phone calls, or telephony. Trigger with phrases like "retell observability", "retellai-observability", "voice agent".
Its SKILL.md is about 520 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including reference files (for example `references/monitoring-configs.md`). Compatibility notes: Designed for Claude Code
It sits in DevOps & Cloud, covering Observability and Speech recognition and synthesis. The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cfae287. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
ReadWriteEditBash(npm:*)Bash(curl:*)GrepFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are typescript).

Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:

Designed for Claude Code
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Retellai Observability loads about 515 tokens when it runs, and up to ~1.2k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 65 tokens; SKILL.md has 151 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Emit structured metrics for call completion, transfer outcome, latency, and provider errors using agent version and environment as bounded labels. When an alert fires, link the affected call identifiers to a restricted investigation record instead of attaching transcripts to the dashboard. Compare a synthetic call against the last known-good version, then make one reversible routing or configuration change and watch the same metrics through the defined recovery window.
