Gross To Net Bridge is an agent skill from hh-health-AI/healthcare-equity. This skill should be used when the user asks about "gross to net", "GtN erosion", "net price assumption", "rebate pressure", "list vs net", "IRA maximum fair price impact", or wants to build or stress a net-revenue bridge for a drug from open data. Anchors prompt-library ID SUB-PHA-04.
Its SKILL.md is about 790 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in AI & LLM Engineering, covering Prompt engineering. The repository describes itself as: Synthesis engine for buy-side healthcare equity research. The licence is MIT.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 6c7bda8. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

Gross To Net Bridge loads about 793 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 77 tokens; SKILL.md has 399 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from hh-health-AI/healthcare-equity at commit 6c7bda8, republished under its MIT licence (© hh-health-AI). 399 words, ~793 tokens.

GtN gaps are widest where PBM competition is fiercest — insulins, respiratory inhalers, TNF inhibitors, and increasingly the GLP-1 class. They are narrowest in buy-and-bill oncology and single-source rare disease. A model that applies one house GtN percentage across a diversified pharma's portfolio will misprice the mix shift, which is usually the actual driver of net-price surprise.
An observable Medicaid or Medicare net level does not license a commercial net price. The commercial book is where the rebate war happens and it is not public.

SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
