gws-gmail-reply-allReplies to everyone on a Gmail message through the gws CLI, with threading handled automatically, options to add or drop recipients, and a draft mode.
The skill wraps `gws gmail +reply-all`, which needs a message ID and a body. By default the reply goes to the sender and all original To and CC recipients, and it stays in the same thread. Extra flags add To, CC and BCC addresses, attach files (repeatable), choose a send-as address, or treat the body as HTML, in which case the quoted block keeps Gmail's quote styling and inline images survive.
`--remove` drops chosen recipients from the outgoing reply, including the sender or Reply-To target, and the command fails if no To recipient is left. `--draft` saves the reply instead of sending it, and `--dry-run` prints the request without executing it. Before use, the agent should read the shared gws skill for authentication, global flags and security rules, generating it with `gws generate-skills` if it is missing.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit a3768d0. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Gmail Reply-All Command loads about 736 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 21 tokens; SKILL.md has 266 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

The skill wraps `gws gmail +reply-all`, which needs a message ID and a body. By default the reply goes to the sender and all original To and CC recipients, and it stays in the same thread.
Gmail Reply-All Command fits situations like: replying to every participant of an email thread from the command line; replying to a thread while removing one person from the recipients; saving a reply-all as a draft for review before it goes out.
Run `npx skills add googleworkspace/cli --skill gws-gmail-reply-all -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/gws-gmail-reply-all in googleworkspace/cli) into .claude/skills/gws-gmail-reply-all in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Gmail Reply-All Command is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The `gws` Google Workspace CLI, authenticated for the Gmail account.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Gmail Reply-All Command is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 736 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.9k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
