address-reviewFetches review comments on a pull request, judges each one, writes the evaluation to a plan file and implements accepted changes, waiting for approval before anything public.
Run it with a pull request number, optionally with plan-only. The agent pulls the PR details, reviews and inline comments through GitHub MCP tools, identifies the head branch and short SHA, and checks out the branch. It focuses on the most recent review round and skips earlier rounds already addressed, comments marked nit, optional or minor unless trivial, answered questions and praise.
For each comment it reads the referenced file and diff context, then assigns a verdict and a severity. Comments are accepted when they identify a real bug, a genuine correctness issue, a missing piece such as an untested path or doc sync, or a simple improvement with clear value, and dismissed otherwise. The evaluation is written as a plan artifact, and accepted changes are implemented unless plan-only is set, in which case you can run the implement command on the plan later.
Anything public, meaning a push, a PR comment or a description update, waits for your confirmation. The visible text names the gittower git-flow-next repository, so the owner and repo details and the project's development philosophy used for judging are specific to that project.

PR Review Feedback Handler loads about 2.9k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 30 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,335 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
allowed-tools: Bash, Read, Write, Edit, Grep, Glob, mcp__github__get_pull_request, mcp__github__get_pull_request_reAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,335 words (~2,862 tokens).
