firecrawl-build-interactGuides adding Firecrawl's /interact endpoint to product code for pages that need clicks, forms, pagination or logged-in flows beyond plain scraping.
The skill is for building features that must act on a page after scraping it: content that appears after clicks, typing or navigation, forms, pagination and filters, multi-step flows, and cases where the product has to stay in the same browser context. It recommends starting with /scrape and escalating to /interact only when the page must be manipulated, not just read.
Guidance includes keeping /interact scoped to the smallest browser workflow that reaches the data, using persistent profiles only when authenticated state across sessions is really needed, and keeping prompts or action code specific to the product flow. Typical patterns are search forms and faceted filters, paginated results and login-gated dashboards. For fully open-ended browser automation it suggests evaluating a browser sandbox instead. It links language-specific docs for Node and TypeScript, Python, Rust, Java, Elixir and cURL.

Firecrawl Interact Integration loads about 731 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 71 tokens; SKILL.md has 202 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Run `npx skills add firecrawl/firecrawl --skill firecrawl-build-interact -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/firecrawl-build-interact in firecrawl/firecrawl) into .claude/skills/firecrawl-build-interact in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add firecrawl/firecrawl --skill firecrawl-build-interact -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/firecrawl-build-interact in firecrawl/firecrawl) into .agents/skills/firecrawl-build-interact in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add firecrawl/firecrawl --skill firecrawl-build-interact -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/firecrawl-build-interact, .gemini/skills/firecrawl-build-interact, .github/skills/firecrawl-build-interact and .opencode/skills/firecrawl-build-interact in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Firecrawl Interact Integration is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. As links in the text: docs.firecrawl.dev. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Firecrawl Interact Integration is published under the ISC licence (declared in SKILL.md). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 731 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.9k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
