wasm-buildConfigure and run the local Emscripten/WebAssembly build with ONNX Runtime, including the tests.
Wasm Build is an agent skill from fair-acc/gnuradio4. Configure and run the local Emscripten/WebAssembly build with ONNX Runtime, including the tests. Use when reproducing an emcc CI failure or changing anything under blocks/onnx that WASM consumes.
Its SKILL.md is about 390 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Testing & QA, covering Failing and flaky tests. It works with WebAssembly and ONNX. The repository describes itself as: Prototype implementations for a more compile-time efficient flowgraph API. The licence is LGPL-3.0.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit af62235. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
cmakeFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Wasm Build loads about 394 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 52 tokens; SKILL.md has 127 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from fair-acc/gnuradio4 at commit af62235, republished under its LGPL-3.0 licence (© fair-acc). 127 words, ~394 tokens.

ctest --test-dir build-wasm -R "qa_Onnx" --output-on-failure~/onnxruntime-static holds LLVM IR bitcode — it predates the -flto strip in
docker/build_onnxruntime.sh. Linking it makes wasm-ld die with SIGSEGV and no diagnostic. Use an
ort-nolto* tree. To check an archive:
ar x <archive>.a && file $(ls *.o | head -1)
# want: "WebAssembly (wasm) binary" not: "LLVM IR bitcode"WASM has no host filesystem. Every model a test loads must be embedded via --embed-file in
blocks/onnx/test/CMakeLists.txt, and the lists must mirror the modelPath() and
deliverableModelPath() calls in each source — including any loop over a runtime variable, which a
grep for string literals will miss.
A minimal ONNX Runtime build loads .ort only. .onnx fixtures fail with "ONNX format model is not
supported in this build"; use deliverableModelPath(), which selects .ort.gz under Emscripten.
Redirect test output through head -c — a looping WASM binary has filled the disk before.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Wasm Build needs the command-line tools its instructions call (cmake). Our summary lists: Docker.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Wasm Build is published under the LGPL-3.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 394 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
