prOpens a GitHub pull request against main with the gh CLI, after local checks pass and with the project's PR template filled in honestly.
The agent confirms that the base branch is `main` and the head is a scoped branch such as `feat/*`, `fix/*`, `docs/*`, `ci/*`, `chore/*` or `refactor/*`, runs `make ci` and refuses to open the PR while lint or tests fail, pushes with `git push -u origin HEAD`, and creates the PR with `gh pr create --base main --fill-first`.
The body is then completed section by section from `.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md`: a summary of what changed and why, the area box (architecture, benchmark, use case, docs, DX or CI/build/release), the verification commands that were run, the checklist, ticked only for items actually satisfied, and notes for reviewers. A PR should cover one area, so unrelated changes are split out. If `make ci` was not fully run, the verification section says so, and community PRs are never retargeted away from `main` unless a maintainer asks.
4 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit d2aa949. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
makegitghFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git and gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Pull Request with Project Template loads about 350 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 19 tokens; SKILL.md has 160 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Merges external GitHub pull requests while keeping the original author credited, and fixes conflicts after the merge instead of rewriting the contribution.
cline/cline
Opens a GitHub pull request from your current branch with the gh CLI, after reviewing the commits and diff and gathering the details the PR needs.
redis/jedis
Generate a clear, concise GitHub PR title and description from the diff between two local git branches, and save it to prDescription.md in the repo root.
makeplane/plane
Opens a pull request for the current branch using the repo's template, a work item ID in the title and a description filled in from the actual diff.
remix-run/react-router
Packages finished React Router work into a draft pull request: branch, commit, push, a written PR body and the right GitHub labels.
pascalorg/editor
Opens or refreshes a pull request on pascalorg/editor from the current branch, describing only what the branch's commits and diff actually contain.
EverMind-AI/EverOS
Walks through adding a new persisted memory kind to EverOS: choose storage among Markdown, SQLite and LanceDB, pick a Markdown strategy, then wire schemas, repos and writers.
EverMind-AI/EverOS
Reviews the working tree and creates a focused commit with a Conventional Commits message, staging selectively and never bypassing hooks.
EverMind-AI/EverOS
Walks through cutting a versioned everos release: bump the version, update the changelog, tag it, and review the drafted GitHub Release page before publishing.
EverMind-AI/EverOS
Creates a Git branch from an up-to-date main using a type-prefixed, kebab-case name such as feat or fix, and keeps work off main.
Categories
Opens a GitHub pull request against main with the gh CLI, after local checks pass and with the project's PR template filled in honestly.
Pull Request with Project Template fits situations like: opening a pull request for a finished feature or fix branch; filling in the PR template with accurate verification notes; checking that CI passes locally before requesting review.
Run `npx skills add EverMind-AI/EverOS --skill pr -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/pr in EverMind-AI/EverOS) into .claude/skills/pr in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add EverMind-AI/EverOS --skill pr -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/pr in EverMind-AI/EverOS) into .agents/skills/pr in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add EverMind-AI/EverOS --skill pr -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/pr, .gemini/skills/pr, .github/skills/pr and .opencode/skills/pr in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Pull Request with Project Template needs the command-line tools its instructions call (make, git and gh). Our summary lists: The `gh` CLI, authenticated; A `make ci` target in the repository.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git and gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Pull Request with Project Template is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 350 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
