What it does
The skill handles structural migration of an agent workspace in any direction between Claude Code, Codex and Grok, or unifies several at once, including the shared `~/.agents/skills` folder read by tools such as Codex. It is not a copy-and-rename step. The goal is a project-level `AGENTS.md` as the common base, a project `skills/` folder as the source of truth, and host folders under the home directory kept as bridges generated from it, with no long-term logic maintained in the bridges.
It adapts to four starting points (everything present, only CLAUDE.md, only AGENTS.md, or skills scattered with no `skills/`) and to partial host coverage. After a migration audit of CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, a source-of-truth file and skill candidates, it works in stages and tells you what it saw, decided and plans next. Grok bridges must carry `user_invocable: true`, say they trigger by slash command and must read the source file first. The excerpt stops in the audit phase.
